I had to make the very difficult decision that it was time to put my dog down. Scout was around 9.5 years old and a rescue dog. I was heartbroken, but the care, professionalism and compassion shown by Will and Sterling were qualities that I will always remember. They were gentle and kind in the way they gently cared for Scout. Will was thoughtful from the beginning, and made some very nice pawprints that I love. Sterling took the time to share information that gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. They treated Scout, my daughter, granddaughters and I with respect and allowed us to stay with Scout as long as we needed before the euthanasia was done (and we were allowed to stay with Scout for the entire procedure). Creekside has some wonderful employees and a nice, clean facility. 🩷

Our cat needed boarding and vet care while boarded and Creekside did an amazing job taking care of her. They walked us to her room which was very clean, had no animal smell and was separated very well from the dogs. The service and support for our cat was above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier that we found such a friendly place to take her.

I brought my pup Winnie in seven days post spaying as the suture area appeared to be very swollen. We were seen promptly and the Vet even crawled on the floor to get a look up at her belly as she was frightened to get on the table. He explained the course of healing, answered all of my questions and prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. We were home within a few hours. Everyone was kind and attentive to Winnie and made her feel comfortable.

Rusty tore his ACL earlier this year and he needed surgery to repair it. The care was exceptional. Yesterday, he woke up with his eyes glued shut. He has another corneal ulcer, very large. Again, the care he received was exceptional. I love Creekside. The veterinarians there seem to really love my fur babies. Thank you for taking care of all our babies!

We took our dog to Creekside and from the moment we arrived it was a great experience. We were greeted upon arrival and were sent to a room fairly quickly. The technician came in and it was very friendly and made my dog feel very comfortable. The vet then came in and was very good with my dog and didn’t only check his wound, also checked his overall health. They took his temperature, checked his heartbeat, checked his breathing, checked his gums, checked his ears. The entire time my dog was very comfortable and did not act nervous at all. He got lots of loves and treats while he was there. I recommend Creekside to anyone. And the price was not outrageous as I thought it was going to be. We were in and out and about an hour and a half.

Our first wellness visit. Everyone was very professional. Even my anxious dag was relaxed. The Dr Glenn did not rush. She listened to my concerns. And even called to make sure I understood medication. Prices were reasonable.

Open 24/7 but if you set an appointment at night be prepared to wait hours to be seen. I had an appointment at 11:00pm waited in the lobby till 11:51 just to be called back and review the shots for my dog. Then sat in the exam room for 40 mins while they "got the shots ready." I ended up walking out after spending over an hour and half waiting for my appointment that I had booked days before. When I left, I let the front office know and was told that the night appointments are bare bones shift and they only have one vet in, so appointments normally take longer. I was also quoted $328+ for the exam and 4 shots. If you want to wait for hours in hopes your pup gets seen for their scheduled appointment this is the best place to go. - we won’t be back.
