Tried to bring a dog I’m sitting to get one painful knot cut near the ear I couldn’t brush out. Employee saw tangle was very close to the skin and painful. Wanted to charge an exam fee to cut one said visible knot. $55 to shave one tangle. Didn’t have the money for that so they were happy to leave dog and pain. Guess I’ll try to continue to cut it myself. Wouldn’t bring any animals here in the future. Meanwhile the girl at super cuts took five minutes and a Starbucks and got it out. Thanks, Tatum for having a heart.
So amazing! They are very affordable and took amazing care of my dog. What was most impressive was the fact that the initial visit was Less the $100 to have her examined ! The staff is amazing! Love Koa. He was what made me sure I wanted to take my dog there. First impressions over the phone.. 👍👍👍👍👌kind and helpful!

Sweetest staff, on the phone and in person. Very attentive doctor running a full physical for my kitty Charlie. They even had tricks to get them distracted for getting their temp checked from their behinds. So cute! Will definitely be back.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. They are animal lovers and it shows in their service. I will definitely be referring anyone with a fur baby to come to Alii Animal in Kaneohe.
