Highly recommended. I'm new to town, grabbed the closest vet to me in an emergency. They squeezed us right in. Front staff so welcoming. Techs amazing. Vet was awesome. Very friendly, caring crew. Tests, diagnosis, treatment, follow up, was communicated very clearly and precise. I will be staying with this team for both my dogs.

Today is a very sad day for my husband and me, we had to have our first furbaby put down. He was 9 and had been through alot with us.. he was the ring bear at our wedding , I could go on and on, but I won't I had to see a vet today and I found this place and they are the most wonderful people have ever met. They took their time with us and explained in great detail what would happen and what options we had. Very kind with us. Let us take all the time we needed. Incredibly nice people. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. ❤️

We have gone to pinecrest vet for years and they have been great with our 2 dogs! They have always been accommodating for short notice visits and are very responsive to phone calls and messages. All the staff and the vets have been extremely friendly and polite.

I have been to several different vets to get opinions on my cats health issues. The vet here was the most rude, argumentative, and downright nasty. The nurses and front desk were fantastic, but the main vet talks to you like youre a terrible pet owner if you dont agree with what shes saying. Even if you have records of other treatments working on your pets from another office. The last time I went sealed the deal for me and i wont be returning.

We had an amazing experience with Pinecrest Veterinary Clinic. From the first phone call to the check out process everyone we encountered was kind, caring, competent and professional. Dr. Hinkle took time and listened to all of our concerns. We felt heard and like a valued part of Revy’s care instead of just being told what would happen. We feel so fortunate to have this team provide care for our fur baby.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The vet was amazing as well. He made sure my obese foster dog had the best of care and that I thouroly understand everything about his medication. I highly recommend A++

Our dog was getting treatment here for a brain tumor/seizures. They called to check on her and we called back to let them know she wasn't doing well. We were told the Dr would call us the next day but that night she had multiple seizures, we tried all of the emergency medication, but nothing worked. She was was in terrible shape and we stayed up all night with her. We called Pinecrest first thing on the morning and let them know that we have done everything we can and we need to bring her in and have her put down. Their response (From Jennifer, the rudest, least personable vet employee I have ever encountered) "We are busy, you need to take her somewhere else". I couldn't believe it, I hung up rather than let her know how I felt in that moment. She has been continuously rude every time we have ever dealt with her. Update: I received a very nice call from Dr. Kapoor explaining the situation and we did find his care and our prior experience with him phenomenal. The doctors there are great, but I still maintain Jennifer should be nowhere near a customer facing role and I hope to return one day when she is no longer employed there, but not until then.
