Super awesome humans with huge hearts! I called them with an issue and they had an appointment for my donkey within 2 hours. They treated her and had us out the door within 2 hours. She's feeling much better already and I couldn't be more thankful.

I was so impressed with this office while having to use them this past weekend. My pony fell very ill, very fast. The day that I called a vet was out there that day checking her out. Dr. Micelli was so kind and compassionate. She was very informative and helpful. The next day, I had more questions about my pony's situation as she was regressing. They called me back immediately and was very helpful. I then had to call them on the weekend with several inches of snow on the ground and very icy. Our pony was not doing well and we felt she may be suffering. Dr. Miller was so helpful and said she would check in with me the next day because of the weather. The next morning, she called and said she could be there soon. She came and euthanized my pony and ended her suffering. She was so compassionate and nice. I couldn't have asked for better staff and doctors to help us through this very difficult time. It's so hard to lose an animal, but having someone who treats you this way and not as a burden to them means a lot. I highly recommend Mountain Empire Large Animal Hospital. I highly recommend the Mountain Empire Small Animal Hospital as well as that is where I take my dog and have never had anything but positive things to say about them also.

The staff is always super friendly always ready to answer questions and Lind a Helping Hand. And they're always so thorough with my puppies making sure that everybody is Tip-Top. Not saying that I haven't got my favorite veterinarians down there but they are all super great I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Even though my cookie wasn't happy in her cone of shame they still take very good care of her and she promises made no more fighting

Mountain Empire has been wonderful to us! From the front desk, techs, every Dr. We’ve seen are all attentive to detail, patient with our questions and concerns, compassionate and care for our animals so well. Shoutout to tech Tanner for going above and beyond to make our 16yr old dog feel comfortable! He was provided with fuzzy blankets and towels with a calming spray and this is the most calm our boy has EVER been at a vet visit! It’s clear they care not only about our pets but also about their people. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Hart is fantastic! She cares about your animal and their health. She will give you insight and options but she isn't pushy about them. She is so helpful and smart! I trust her completely with any of my babies!! This visit was just a yearly check up but she was still very kind and check my baby out completely to ensure she was healthy!
