Ruby Veterinary Urgent Care – Johns Creek

I got grade A service, would Ruby. They were so great to my pet. And Me and they called make sure that your pet is doing. OK there's not many veterinarians that do that. All they care about is the money at Ruby. They care about your pet, and you and their prices are way competitive. But that's my opinion. I like how they let you look at the costs before they do anything. And then they give their opinion on what they can do. for your pet? It's been two weeks since I've had my little puppy over there. And they've done called me and reached out 3 times to see how my pet was doing. ' I gave him a 5 star rating because they deserved. It if you're pet needs. Medical attention urgently just reach out to Ruby, and see what they can do for you SINCERELY, BRIAN WATSON.

I was so impressed with this office. The facility was very clean and bright, the staff was fantastic and so nice and they gave my dog the best care. They were quick and very thorough with the treatment plan, costs and after care and were very candid with us so it made us feel very relieved. I appreciate the ladies that helped our Finley so much. Our dog was actually smiling and happy leaving the vet office which is a first in her 10 years! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our girl and helping to make her feel better!

We had to take our baby kitty in today and we’re met with a pleasant and welcoming staff. They were extremely patient with our baby and knowledgeable about any pet related topics. Keri helped us out and was so kind to us. Their hours are perfect if you work a 9-5 since they are open until 10. I would Recommend this clinic to anyone with fur babies. A big thank you to the team at Rubys clinic.

My puppy needed immediate care and I called Ruby. They said come right in; they would take any information needed once I got there. They took my puppy back as soon as I got there, examined him and quickly eased my mind, letting me know everything was OK within ten minutes (maybe less). They were very thorough and kind. I was helped out to my car since I had the puppy and medication to carry out without hurting my pup further. I 100% recommend this emergency care vet. One last thought- it was a reasonable price for the services rendered. Wrigley and I are very thankful for Ruby.

My boyfriend and I had to bring in a stray cat late at night because he was badly injured. Everyone that helped us at Ruby was fantastic. Keri was extremely kind, compassionate, and gentle with the cat. Dr. Duvall gave a very in-depth and comprehensive explanation of our options and next steps. They were both very informative and helpful. I am so glad we brought the sweet kitty to the wonderful people at Ruby!

Excellent care by Dr. Stephens, Keri and Allison. They were top notch, caring and explained everything so well. Dr. Stephens went above and beyond explaining a difficult situation to my daughter and even printed a note and material for her to read later. Above and beyond. Keri loved our pup like it was her own. These people are amazing!

My silly 17 lb. fur baby managed to eat two CFA cookies on Halloween anf and my regular vet was booked. They recommended Ruby Veterinary Urgent Care on State Bridge to assess and treat her.. I felt so comfortable with all of the staff. They recognized what my pup’s emotional needs were and also asked me how much I was comfortable with as well. They clearly explained the best treatment options and costs. I was really surprised how reasonable they were. We discussed what to expect over the weekend and even helped with a special low fat food for a few days as we were going out of town where I couldn’t cook for her. I am so pleased and highly recommend! The facility was so clean and beautiful as well! Thanks to all of you!
