Our first visit with Dr Cole, you couldn't help be impressed with his down to earth demeanor and compassion. Fast forward a few years later, I had to make an appointment for my tripawd kitty. The online appt schedule put me out about a month or 2 to see Dr Cole. I felt I couldn't wait that long so I called and they were kind enough to "work me in" on a closer date. They did let me know that as a work in, I would likely have to wait a while. Well, a good vet is like a good hairdresser or a great restaurant. You're going to have to wait because they're so good! We arrived and I waited in the car in the parking area with my cat and they called me when Dr Cole was available. As before, he was kind and caring. My cat prefers men so he's not that stressed out when Dr Cole handles him. It's very hard to find a great, independent vet and one who isn't beholden to the large corporations. Private equity firms are buying out Vets just like they are medical practices. Dr Cole truly cares about the animals and isn't beholden to these mega firms. So yes, you may have to wait but they will do what they can to work you in. This practice is definitely one to wait for and to take care of your pets. Poppy & Claudia

I recently moved to this area and was very anxious about finding a veterinarian, since I have several Chihuahuas. My dogs are delicate and I needed someone with true experience. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this clinic. From the moment you walk in, the experience is positive. Not only do they have incredible knowledge and expertise, but they also provide outstanding customer service ,you can truly feel that they care. One of my Chihuahuas, who only weighs 3 lbs, became extremely sick and was very close to losing his life. Thanks to the dedication, quick action, and compassionate care of Dr. Steward , Dr. Cole, and their whole staff he pulled through. They truly saved his life, and I will forever be thankful. I could not be happier or more grateful to this clinic. Thank you for coming into our lives and for caring so deeply for our beloved dogs.

The Vet Doctor’s Care is the "Top of the Professional’s List" Non Can Match Dr Cole’s personality or his expertise. There is something specially touching about this Doctor. And the staff give the friendliest support at this Clinic we live in Jacksonville and drive to Jax Beach Dr Cole cannot be beat!

Easy in and out, very caring and diligent, phone calls and updates were timely and full of empathy. This office coordinates well amongst the staff and to the pet owner. Great place for pet care!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Stewart and the team at Cole Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Stewart is by far the most thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable veterinarian our pets have ever had. We have several cats and a dog and each of them is treated with patience, gentleness, and genuine care. Dr. Stewart takes the time to explain everything clearly, is completely honest, and always prioritizes what’s best for your pet—not what’s unnecessary or most expensive.
