All the crew really take great care of our babygirl & Dr. G explains every process to you & they even give you follow up calls. Thank you so much for all that you have done for Simba! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! Go see them, they will take wonderful care of your fur babies!

Took my cat in for his annual wellness appointment. First time client. Wonderful friendly staff! They were amazing with my cat and educated me on various things throughout the appointment. Booked my appointment request through the Yourgi app. Super easy and user friendly. Definitely recommend!

My aunt has taken her dog here ever since she got her. I’ve always thought the nail trim price was high, since I have a dog the same size and other clinics have only ever charged me around $15. Today, they charged her nearly $50. When she asked why, they said it included a $25 service fee plus almost $22 for a technician fee. Charging an 81-year-old woman close to $50 for a basic nail trim feels excessive and, frankly, predatory.

I’m disappointed with how appointments are managed. I had a 2:50 p.m. appointment for my dog’s shots and arrived on time. We were checked in promptly, and the staff was notified of our arrival. A client with a 3:00 p.m. appointment arrived after us but was greeted by a veterinarian at 3:19 p.m., while we were still waiting. After 30 minutes without being seen, I decided to cancel. While I understand delays can happen, being overlooked in favor of a later appointment is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

DO NOT take your pet to this place if you truly love & care for your love one(s). Although the front desk staff are really nice & friendly, the technician and one of the doctors I encountered are really BAD and impatient. They seem don’t really care about your love ones & appear to be cold without emotion. After the "Dr." took my love one to the back of the house where I was not present to do the exam. She just sent out her technician to tell me the results with some paper of the information about the diseases my love one has. And then tell me to read it myself. No verbal consultation whatsoever. Ironically I could even hear that the "Dr." told the technician what & how to tell me about the results behind the door. I can not imagine my own doctor treat me like this. Just send his nurse to tell me the results of my medical exams with some handouts telling me to read it myself about the problem I have. A very bad & unpleasant experiences with them.
