We visited a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chung. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient and took the time to truly listen to Noelle’s story, which has been quite eventful since her first year. She was attentive, thorough in her notes, and approached everything with genuine compassion and care. We never felt rushed. She offered thoughtful advice and made us feel supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for the care and reassurance she provided. The entire team was wonderful !! from the front desk staff to the nurses who escorted Noelle back and forth. Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. And on top of it all, the facility itself is absolutely clean and beautiful!

All services from secretarial to surgery are performed with great proficiency and transparency, with explanations of diagnoses and procedures being very informative and cost estimates being detailed, accurate, and upfront. The only thing is the services are a bit costly but they are well worth it if you can afford it and the doctors will work with you on cutting any services that aren't extremely important if you are having trouble with the price. Also scheduling is very easy and they are good with follow up care including subsequent check-ups and refills on medication. And most importantly they are very caring when it comes to the pets and their owners. I've included photos of a card they made out of the kindness of their hearts when I had to put down my furbaby, and one of the loves of my life, Tom.

All of the doctors and nurses were incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional. They identified an issue that our regular veterinarian had completely overlooked. Thanks to their attention to detail genuine willingness to listen to our concerns, we were able to get our cat started on the right medication regimen, and she is doing so much better now. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and support you all provided to our little princess! Even when she gets a bit hissy!!!

I highly recommend this Pet hospital because the place is clean, well organized and caring staff. I rushed my cat here, I thought Mochi was already in a worst condition and Dr Laura Lei explained everything in a way that’s very calming. She is knowledgeable and kind. After that I was able to calm down. Thank you so much and also for the follow up call to check on Mochi.

Very compassionate, great at hearing me and allowing questions, very thorough with a follow up call the next day. Definitely a place I would go again if in need of emergent care for my fur babies.

We brought our baby Sparky here after Banfield Pet Hospital recommended this hospital to us. The hospital is very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff working at the front desk and the technicians were very kind, understanding, and had no problem explaining the quotes given to us and accommodating our requests. The doctors were also kind, compassionate, and took their time to explain what was going on with our baby and answering all the questions we had. Their pricing was a bit on the expensive side, but we truly liked this hospital and would not think of taking our baby anywhere else. The staff sent a thoughtful card with kind words, thoughts, and condolences shortly after we decided that it was best to put our baby to sleep. I highly recommend this hospital. My family and I cannot thank the staff enough for how well we were treated and cared for.

Came to Pacific Care to see a Specialist for our little pug, Gibby. The exams and consultations were thorough and explained to us in detail. Dr. Dial, Dr. Moya, Vet Tech Bree and the front desk staff were so kind and caring. Make no mistake, Specialty Vets, ER Vets and their services are expensive $$$, there’s just no way around it. Each pet parent has to decide for themselves quality of life, quality of outcome after procedures and weigh the costs. I would not hesitate to come here again if needed.
