Northside Paws Veterinary Care

No one beats the Northside Paws Team. I have taken many dogs here and they have always shown so much love to my dogs. They answer any and all of my questions. They send me updates and picture of my pups after spays and surgeries. They check in on them after vet visits at other places. They are very reasonable and understanding. I wish I received healthcare as amazing as my dogs do.

Dr. Frank has always been kind and compassionate towards our problem child, and makes great accommodations when it comes to her care without sacrificing the standard of care she receives. Emma was a champ even though she got blasted by fluids during the appointment. Giselle at the front desk is not only the sweetest, but she is also really good at what she does. She gets bonus points because she is also bilingual. The entire staff really and honestly are really wonderful and we are glad that our Hope has them. Thank you guys for the wonderful work you do.

I am so grateful for the Northside Paws team and Dr. Frank. I have taken both of my cats there and each time have been so impressed. I love that they have a room specifically for cats, which my cat had a great time exploring. She is sometimes a little nervous at the vet, but I know having a welcoming space makes all the difference. Dr. Frank and her team are so knowledgeable and caring and I feel so good knowing they are looking after my pets. They do their best to get to patients quickly, diagnose the issue, and come up with a care plan. They are in a great location and have a fun, and clean facility. After my kitten was in the vet ER for the weekend, they continued to check on him through the week and let me know I could bring him in at anytime for further care/monitoring. I appreciate that they are as worried about my cats as I am! I will definitely continue to take my pets there and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

The entire team here is wonderful- they're all so sweet and patient. A very calm and inviting atmosphere! I'm thrilled to see them in the neighborhood. They were so wonderful with my skittish and often spicy little cat.

Northside Paws helped us say goodbye to our sweet little old man yesterday. It was a tough choice but they made it so easy. They are compassionate, kind and fairly priced. We knew they really cared about the well-being of our friend and not about profit. I will never go to another vet in Indy. Thank you for your help ❤️

A neighbor who is a veterinarian referred us to Northside Paws for a new rescue pup Maggie and I wasn't sure how she would be due to reactivity towards new people. The staff were wonderful with Maggie and Dr Frank was awesome, they spent a lot of time with us and discussed all my concerns about her health and behavior. We were looking for a new vet after our beloved long time veterinarian Dr Murphy retired and moved away from Indy last year. Very happy and impressed with their service and genuine care for our girl Maggie! ❤️🐾

Can’t say enough amazing things about this practice! I called as a new client hoping for a same day appointment and they so graciously were able to get my sweet old man dog seen that same day. Every member of the staff was delightful. They were professional, kind and honest which is exactly what I look for in a vet after having some really negative and not so nice vets in the past at a different practice. They were so accommodating and really made us feel comfortable. Dr. Azua was the best! So easy to talk to and I really felt heard during our visit. Also, not that it super matters, but having giant windows in the exam room was so refreshing! If you’re looking for a new vet, you will NOT regret booking an appointment here. 🖤🐾
