CityWay Animal Clinics has been absolutely wonderful for all three of my pets. Dr. Neyenhaus and Dakota consistently provide exceptional care and make every visit a positive experience. Their kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals are evident from the moment you walk through the door. Dr. Neyenhaus is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which always gives me confidence in my pets’ care. Dakota is equally amazing and has such a calming, compassionate way with animals. Knowing that my pets are in such caring and capable hands gives me tremendous peace of mind. I don't typically write reviews, but after our visit yesterday, I felt compelled to share what happened — because it deserves to be heard. My dog Bently has been fighting prostate cancer for nearly two years. We are now in the final chapter of his journey, and walking into any vet appointment these days means walking in with a heavy heart. Today, for the first time in a long time, I left feeling truly held. Dr. Neyenhaus and Brittany were extraordinary. Not just as professionals — but as human beings. They didn't rush us. They didn't reduce Bently to a diagnosis on a chart. They looked at him, they looked at me, and they listened. Really listened. I felt seen in a way I haven't experienced in a medical setting — for myself or my pet — in years. Together, they worked as a team to hear my concerns, honor where we are in this journey, and build a thoughtful plan focused on keeping Bently as comfortable as possible in the time we have left. If you are navigating something hard with your pet, please know that this team will meet you there. They met me exactly where I was, and that means more than words can say. VA Dakota and Dr Neyenhaus have been really helpful and patient with my dog Rika. Plus I was able to get a same-day appointment seamlessly on phone. Recommended!

I was recommended to City Way Clinic and they treated Mufasa with care, compassion and kindness. I was so impressed with the level of care and have found my cat’s veterinary office. My sweet beagle Rosie came for a wellness visit today to get ready for her teeth cleaning. I have heard from my previous vet that this location is the one she used before and they were extremely pleased. After my first visit today I am also very pleased by the Dr's. Assistant, Dakota and Dr. Smith. I trust them to help me with my dog aging and all that comes with that. I am not as health literate when it comes to the care of animals but they were very willing to explain any questions I had.

We always have a great experience visiting City Way Animal Clinic! We have worked with both vets at the Fall Creek location. They are both kind and knowledgeable. We have had nothing but positive interactions will all the staff. Today we worked with Anna as our vet tech! She was great!

Absolutely love coming to this vet! The staff is always so kind and accommodating, and the doctors are detailed and incredible at providing options for our dogs care. So thankful for all the incredible work they do. Dr. Smith is amazing! (We had Dakota today and he was so kind as well)
