Galleria Animal Clinic

The entire staff is hands-down the most caring staff I have ever encountered! They have treated two of my dogs over two decades and have always handled them and me with care, empathy, and understanding. I made a mistake of trying a new, "fancy" clinic that advertises on TV, had an horrible experience at that new place, and will never again leave Galleria Animal Hospital for another. They are the best!

The staff is caring, and got us in quickly, at a time of need. Saying goodbye to our baby was very painful, but the staff made it much easier to deal with. They treated us with respect and dignity. We have used them for our dog and our cat, and the service has been excellent in both cases. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good, caring vet.

I really can’t say enough good things about this business. Since we moved to Birmingham 3 years ago, they have taken such good care of my Hazel and they love her as much as I do. Recently I had to have a major transplant surgery and they gave me such a peace of mind caring for her so that I didn’t worry while I was healing. I love them so much. The entire staff is wonderful. 💜

I brought my pup Olaf for his annual check up 10/3/25. I had been using Pelham Animal Clinic, Dr. Carr which I did like. But the fees were so high. My daughter suggested I try this clinic as she felt they would be a little less expensive. I did save a little. But I was shocked at how personable they were with my pup and how genuinely caring they seemed. I will not be changing vets again.

Both Vets are wonderful in their own unique way. We see whoever is available and has always felt very well taken care of. Even when making the decision to euthanize our American Bulldog. You won’t find a better staff than these ladies ! If you have to leave a message your call will always be returned and in a timely manner. Very honest care givers who truly go that extra mile for your fur babies.

This veterinarian (Dr. Bordon) was recommended to me by another vet who only does out of office vaccinations and house calls. I needed a full service vet and today I took my cat, Tiger, to Dr. Bordon's office for a full check up. What a great vet - he was most kind, asked relevant questions and listened when I told him other things than what he asked. While we were in the exam room, Dr. Bordon did NOT wisk Tiger away to a separate room for a blood test or exam, which would leave one to wonder exactly what they are doing to your pet. In the exam room, Dr. Bordon and his assistant gently drew blood and easily obtained a urine sample, and then did the examination, all while I was present. Dr. Bordon discussed his findings when he was done with the exam. I so appreciate being in the same room as my pet while the examination and other very minor procedures are done. The cost wasn't bad and he did not do or suggest unnecessary procedures to pump up the price. Dr. Bordon has a wonderful bedside manner with his patients and interfaces very well with their owners. Obviously - I'll be returning to his practice as the needs of my 4 cats and 1 dog dictates.

Great place they take very good care of our Dogs. They love animals and will go above and beyond to help. We are very greatfull to have found them.♥️
