This clinic full of lovely human beings is what you hope you'd get from your vet (or even a doctor for a human, for that matter). Compassionate, competent, personalized care for your beloved animal, with a very clear goal in mind to help the pet owner by keeping costs low. These folks are in it for the right reasons - they care not only for the best outcome for your pet, but also for the best outcome for you. Our senior dog Darwin needed a toe removed and they could not have made life easier for us along the way - good communication, flexible and accommodating, and the procedure was smooth as well. Great advice at each step of the process and clearly *cared* both for us and for Darwin. Could not recommend highly enough - wish them the greatest success, both for everyone at the clinic, and for the community of pets and pet owners to which they've clearly committed themselves! In a world of ever-increasing corporate consolidation and profit-maxing, Pearl's Veterinary Surgery is a breath of fresh air.

My cat had to have his eye removed due to pain being caused by his lens detaching and winding up in the wrong chamber of the eye. We did wverything we could to save the eye and manage the pain until it was no longer manageable and causing pain. I was quoted so so much more by other animal surgeons and Pearl's did a great job and it was under $700 for removal and all meds. Our experience with them was wonderful. We are so grateful and our cat is healing up wonderfully after 1 month, he's back to himself and is so much happier!

Pearl's=Aloha. Beautiful and loving souls that are a blessing to our community. Owned and operated by Dr. Kasey Carter and his sweetheart of a wife Jenny. They and Dr. Nicole Fernandez, and the entire Team, truly care, they go above and beyond, they prioritize compassion and affordable care over trying to extract maximum profit and provide care that is worth far more then they charge. They provide exceptional service. Dr. Nicole is a lovely lady and an excellent surgeon and she took the time to talk with me, show me around the facility and show me the x-rays. She also printed out details about the surgery and all actions taken, I've never had a vet do these things for me. This is what true compassionate care is. This place is full of love and they embody the aloha spirit. I am so grateful for the love and care provided for my beloved little dog.

My french bulldog just got neutered at Pearl's and I highly recommend their office. The Doctor and staff were extremely kind and caring towards my pet and genuinely care not only about them but the owner as well. They offer the convenience of Saturday appointments, they were able to schedule us right away, and they provided real time updates throughout the day. I hope we don't have any surgeries in the future, but if we do we are headed back to Pearl's. Thank you Pearl's!! You are all so wonderful!!

Our sweet foster girl turned our forever baby had a rough start and ended up having both enucleations done here. The staff went above and beyond to take care of her both times, and I felt like they truly cared and remembered her instead of recommending euthanasia that was said at a different facility. The best care on top of the best staff, can’t recommend or thank them enough as we love our little blind girl more than words. Stevie sends her love!! 🐾❤️

Took my 2 year old dog here for a cystotomy and neuter. The entire staff were so nice and helpful, they really made us feel safe and that our baby boy would be in good hands. Their communication is top tier as they kept me updated through text on my dog’s surgery. I forgot to get everyone’s name but the entire staff was wonderful. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Pearl Veterinary Surgery!
