The warm greetings from the staff at the front desk. Everything is well organized. Bentley’s Doctor and her nurses are fabulous. He got thorough exams and good medications before he leaves the hospital. I won’t hesitate to recommend this hospital to friends and family.

Healing Paws is a fantastic veterinary practice - with caring and competent Veterinarians and technicians. I have been coming for many years and have always had great experiences. There are other Vets closer to me but the extra drive time is worth it. My dog, Roxy, and I highly recommend taking your pets here.

In all the years I’ve owned pets and all the vets I’ve visited , this is top notch! So incredibly professional from the moment you walk in the door ,such a kind and caring staff. My dog Vinny recently had surgery there, I was so overwhelmed with it and they made it so easy on me , their caring surgical team were so kind with all my questions and phone calls. I thank you from the bottom of my heart the care you gave to my boy,I would definitely recommend Healing Paws to anyone 🐾💙🐾

They helped us with the end of life of our beloved 13 year old English mastiff Princess. They exercised compassion and their knowledge was very comforting to my family at a very difficult time. When we decided to get another mastiff puppy. We choose to bring Daisy there as well. Our experience there made it a no brainer.

Really great experience! My baby Prince is not a patient here at Healing Paws.. my regular vet could not get us in in a timely manner yet Healing Paws was more than happy to fit us in same day for an emergency! Dr. Brewer was excellent in diagnosing and treating my dog Prince while also taking into consideration I had 3 small children with me and giving me cost estimates along the way. We were in and out quickly but yet did not feel rushed. I’m very pleased and will definitely recommend Dr. Brewer and her staff to friends searching for a caring vet family!! Also would like to add, my baby Prince is on the mend and doing well, could not ask for more!

From the very first contact with your office, I have had nothing but a positive experience. In comparison to every other customer service business I have had an encounter with in the last few decades, you have exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything about every encounter I have had with your office thus far has shouted professionalism and competence. This is a rare gem in today's world. Kudos to all of you for striving to keep a high standard!! The concern and initiative shown during my first phone contact of obtaining Rocky's records and helping me choose a doctor that was the best fit for us was very impressive. The human touch is important. The digital contacts have all been flawless. The facility is spacious, clean and new. The Front Desk staff was accommodating to the needs of my quirky pet, making sure we had no other dogs in the area on the way to our consult room. I'm sorry I haven't remembered the names of the folks mentioned thus far. Jennifer showed excellence in her information gathering and communication, attention to detail and our concerns, critical thinking skills and blood drawing skills. She was relaxed and trusting. Her colleague who helped position Rocky and comfort him during the blood draw also excellent. Sorry I didn't catch her name but she and Jennifer were respectful toward each other and worked well together. Dr Hodinka was relaxed, informative and a great listener. He spent more than adequate time with us addressing all of our questions and concerns. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

Dr. Hartner and Vet Tech Grant were wonderful and willing to meet us half way with our two 5-year old cats who are sisters, Franny and Zooey. Our cats were born during the pandemic, so they were unable to experience exam visits with their owners in the room, with whom they feel the most comfortable. They can get anxious around strangers. Zooey can be spicy, and Franny is flighty. We were looking for a vet that was willing to let her owners be there with them in the room to help get them through the exam, vaccines, and bloodwork without having to do any unnecessary sedation. Dr. Hartner and Grant were willing to take a chance on Zooey and used safe tactics and teamwork to give Zooey the best care possible. Zooey did great! We knew it was possible! Franny is a sweet girl but she’s shy and really good at getting out of a hold. Grant used a pro towel wrap on her and worked well with Dr. Hartner to get bloodwork. Grant took the time to communicate with us before the appointment since there was some confusion due to the automated messaging that their scheduling software sends. He called to let us know that it’s part of the automated messaging and that they are prepared for what was initially requested/discussed and that heavy sedation would only be a last resort. We are very pleased with our experience and now have peace of mind that we have a vet that can take care of our girls and went the extra mile to give them a chance.
