Professional, friendly and respectful. I brought my little ruffian in for a root canal, had him in and out in less than 5 hours. Saved my pups tooth, couldn’t be happier! Pricey if you don’t have pet insurance, I used Embrace so not a big deal for me.

Dr. Tom is the best! He is very knowledgeable, takes ample time to listen and address any concerns, and is truly genuine in his concern for the wellbeing of my girl. I trust his opinion, without a doubt! I'm very blessed to have found Dr Tom and cannot thank him nor his staff enough for the exceptional service.

Dr Tom and his staff were so kind and professional. Dr Tom sent us texts with updates during our dog’s extraction procedure. We felt like we were in great hands and would refer him to anyone needing dental procedures.

I can’t praise Dr. Klein and his staff enough. I am quite hyper vigilant when it comes to the care of my boys and the staff handled my nerves and indecisiveness extremely well! My cat Jerry was treated with amazing care from start to end and he is so happy to no longer be in dental pain. Thankfully Carecredit is accepted here which is wonderful. Very thankful to this doctor and staff for caring for my boy so well, and to Dr. Klein for his expertise and comforting him throughout the experience. Gerald is a very happy cat again!

No matter what we write in this review, it cannot express our gratitude for the service provided by Dr. Klein. We were recommended Dr Klein to assist our 11 year old Pomeranian Remi who had advanced periodontal disease due to a bout with IMHA. Due to Remi’s autoimmune disorder we were unable to treat him until his blood work allowed. We have much reservation about dentals as we lost a Pomeranian under anesthesia for a routine cleaning and b/c of Remi’s age and medical history. Upon our consultation, Dr Klein went through in detail what his plan was for Remi and addressed all the activities, tests, procedures and meds he planned to use. He also provided a cost estimate to us while we went through the procedures so we understood all the potential costs. Because we were from out of town, we had expressed interest in a same day consult and procedure. Dr Klein was able to accommodate Remi in his schedule. Dr Klein updated us throughout each milestone of Remi’s surgery with texts to keep us apprised of Remi’s progress. At Remi’s post-op review, Dr Klein presented Remi’s records, X-rays, etc and again went into thorough detail of Remi’s condition and what took place during his procedure. We were provided with post-op instructions and meds prior our departure. After, we kept in contact with Dr Klein to provide updates on Remi’s healing process. During this entire journey, Dr Klein was the utmost professional and demonstrated a level of empathy compassion, and love of animals that anyone would want from their veterinarian. He put us at ease with his level planning and explanation of the details. We couldn’t have asked for better.
