Very happy with the care my yorkie received. Dr Klein is awesome! Staff is wonderful! You can tell he cares and answers questions or concerns you may have. Mia had a couple of extractions and she is healing wonderfully. She also recovered pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Since 2020, I've taken all my cats here for dental care, including cleanings, extractions, and gum care. I didn't think it gets any better than this. It's obvious the people there really care about the animals and want to make them as comfortable as possible.

They were also incredible with our dog, Cooper, providing compassionate and thorough care throughout his life and in his final weeks. Every doctor and technician we’ve seen has been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They take the time to explain things clearly and treat each animal like their own. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and easy to communicate with, whether scheduling appointments or getting follow-up updates. This is a really amazing clinic. Dr. Tom is arguably the best Veterinary Dentist around town. The staff is lovely, the pricing is totally reasonable considering everything you're paying for. Veterinary medicine is expensive. GOOD veterinary medicine, especially a dental cleaning is where you really get what you pay for. Every pet I've had receive dental care through East Hilliard has done amazingly well! I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

We have trusted Dr Klein with four of our pets over the years and could not be happier with the results. Everyone in the office is super helpful and friendly which helps make even the difficult decisions easy. I couldn't recommend them more if you are needing a trustworthy vet to care for your pet.

We just moved to Columbus and I needed a new Dr. for my two fur babies , Charlie and Beaubeau. I researched and found East Hilliard Vet Serv. Online. It was very easy to request an appointment on the website. The wonderful friendly voices ( Deb and Chris) on the phone, when the office called me to make the appointment for both of my dogs, reassured me that I found the right place. COVID-19 has changed they way business is normally done not only for our human appointments, but also for our animals, but the office is handling it great. Never did I feel that my animals or I are in an unsafe environment. Thanks for that. I got the pleasure of having Dr Dave Mathes as my new Vet. His technician is absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure my dogs get the treatment they needed. He even gave me options to help my poor baby what has allergies, what I never received before. He truly cares! So I want to thank you all for the wonderful treatment my babies and I received, and hope we have many more happy visits to come. Please never change! Thank you!

The vets here were really nice and caring with our pet. Professional demeanor, and great "bedside manner". It was very easy to schedule and we were shown right in at our appointment time. They took their time with us and did not rush our appointment at all. Waiting room is small, but you are seen quickly enough that there aren't any issues between pets
