I am not writing this comment to this Dr. but yes to the entire clinic, my first and last time the I come to that Clinic the customer service was horrible, my appointment was at 12 pm it was 1:30 and no one said anything to us, there were two more clients waiting since 10:30 am even though they were not full, I asked a girl who has green hair color that works at the clinic how much longer we would have to wait, she said to another person in English thinking that I did not speak English that I wanted to know how much longer we would have to wait, to which I told her in English that we would have to wait or else I would leave, she said to the girl to give me another appointment, to which I said no I will not come here anymore, you visit a veterinarian with your pet which makes them impatient and the most correct thing is to tell you what is happening, they do not offer a free service which we have to put up with they charge $ 45 dollars per visit HORRIBLE ( My name is Gloria Garcia ) I witch the I can put Cero in this Reviews

I found a kitten in my tree and immediately sought care for her. They were fast, funny and efficient! I had the absolute BEST experience and can't wait to take Mango back for her check up in 2 months. They were so helpful!!

Started taking my german shepard in Jan. 2021, we have had 3 visit already for his booster shots. The office is very clean, they make you wait in your car before your visit. I like this due to Covid & also helps keep my pets more calm before actually being seen. The staff every visit has been amazing. The doctor is really kind, provides plenty of information. Staff handles pets with care. I have even started to take my cat for check ups. Mueller is the only vet i will be taking my boys.

Dr. Emilio is honest extremely knowledgeable. He has delivered only the best care to all our pets. Not to mention all front desk. Super sweet and caring. Thank you guys 😊

I want to report an incident that happened with a dog of a friend of mine treated at the Mueller Animal Hospital in Hialeah. This 6-year-old dog, raised and carefully cared for, was taken to the clinic by his owner to do a check-up since he was not eaten well he was treated by Dr Martinez López, This was considered a murder instead of an accident, because it was diagnosed that the dog’s kidneys and liver are fine, he only had an infection in the mouth, thus reporting that his tests were fine, she prescribed an antibiotic and dextrose serum to a diabetic dog with a sugar of 543 at that time, it turned out that the dog dies in 48 hrs. for not having the proper treatment and negligence, lack of love of Dr Martínez López towards animals. The owner took the analysis report to another doctor and diagnosed serious liver problems because of this I am letting all of you know this sad story. If you love your pet do not take it there. If you have had any negative experience with this doctor, please communicate it by this means, as we know that it is not the only case that has happened with this doctor. PLEASE JOIN US TO NO LONGER ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO CONTINUE DOING HARM.

Dr. Emilio is an excellent vet. I trust him blindly as a professional and admire him for the love and compassion that he has for animals.

They saved my dog from the fleas!!! Nice workers. Gave me a pill... FLEAS ARE GONE . I go by once a month for her pill. Love them!☺️
