Been going here for nearly 5 yrs and have always had a great experience. Dr. Martinez and staff are awesome, very caring and attentive to your concerns. They are always ready to care for your fur babies, have great hours, and they make room for you for any emergencies. Prices are reasonable and he gives you options for treatment.

I brought my cat here his whole life, and he was diagnosed with a heart murmur at this hospital. After he was diagnosed, I brought him in for a simple scratch on his eye and the doctors (knowing about his murmur) gave him steroid shots that caused him to go into HEART FAILURE. When I took him to another doctor for this heart failure, they were appalled*** that a vet would give an animal with a diagnosed heart murmur steroids because it can cause heart failure. My cat is still alive, but has to be on medicine for the rest of his life, has a lower quality of life, and I have spent thousands in veterinary cardiology bills trying to help my cat after the negligence of this place. Do not go here if you love your pets.

Karl was having issues with his intestines and ultrasound radiologist said it was gallbladder and when Dr Martinez opened him to perform surgery he saw that the gallbladder was perfect and it was a mass and he removed it successfully and sent to analize and it was cancer .

Dr Alex Martínez, Darien, Lili and all his staff, are the best! They treat your pet with love and care and answer all your questions. The pricing is reasonable, taking into account, that medicine amd exams are still pricey. They're clean and on time. Highly recommended!!!

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care this vet office provided during the holiday season. At the very last minute, we had to place our full trust in them when our dog needed emergency surgery on Christmas Eve. The entire team treated her with so much love, care, and attention. Even on days the clinic was closed, the nurses remained attentive and continued to check on her recovery. The treatment was exceptional across the board—from the receptionist and medical biller to the vet assistants and veterinarians themselves. We truly couldn’t have asked for better care during such a stressful time.

I can’t recommend this veterinary clinic and Dr. Martinez highly enough! This was our first time here, and it happened during a scary emergency, my 6-year-old Bichon Frise Charlie suddenly had what looked like a cyst burst. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, they took us in immediately. After the initial exam and a follow-up, Dr. Martinez recommended surgery, and I’m so glad we moved forward with it. The surgery was a complete success—they not only fixed the original ruptured cyst but had removed several additional ones that weren’t visible at first. Dr. Martinez is kind, knowledgeable, reassuring, and clearly loves what he does. The staff is wonderful, the clinic is spotless, and the pricing is surprisingly reasonable. I drive 30 minutes each way and it’s absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Martínez and his staff are absolutely the best. I have taken my fur babies to him for years. Not only does he and his staff treat them as their own, they give the utmost care to all patients. Dr. Martinez gives you the best options on how to give the best life for your fur baby. When I’m not sure of what is wrong with my dogs, I give them a call and they are quick to respond with the correct care. I recommend him to all of my family and friends who currently have fur babies, you won’t be disappointed. He is the word of professional, caring, precise, and very knowledgeable.
