Animal Medical Center

Animal Medical Center was the greatest to my German Shepherd. They saved her life and they did a wonderful job on her surgery. They were very compassionate sympathetic and truly had empathy for her. Their communication on the progress of her condition. Outstanding communication skills I really appreciate this location and I highly recommend them in the future. Yes everything is expensive, but it was well worth it for my dog. Thank you again for your outstanding services it was deeply appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience at Animal Medical Center in Hesperia. I brought my cat in for a neuter and a follow-up visit, and the care we received was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Bell was kind, thorough, and very reassuring. Cassandra at the front desk was welcoming and professional. The technician (I believe her name was Tami) went above and beyond, she cleaned Joey after he had an accident in his carrier and made sure he was comfortable, and she took the time to show me how to properly give his medications. The entire team was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. My Kitty is now home and recovering well, and I truly appreciate the level of care he received. Highly recommend.

My pet was attacked by a loose chow. I was able to bring him in- they assessed and gave me the news it could be fixed. They took excellent care of him. I was able to bring him back 5 days later to get the drain taken out. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

They were compassionate and were able to accommodate as a walk in. My dog ripped his skin open. They did a fantastic job of stitching him up in surgery with such a jagged rip. It was a very reasonable price for having to go under anesthesia to get sewn up. We are very thankful for the Animal Medical Center as my pup had healed well and made a full recovery!

I have been going to this veterinarian for three years now the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The office is always very clean and they are very caring to my cat Chloe. I highly recommend this veterinarian for all your needs for your auto.

Over the years, I've had to bring several cats here to be euthanized. I've been to vets all over this desert and AMC is my go-to when the time comes to put down my.. well, my best friends. Yesterday was no different than any of the other times I've had to come for this. Every member of the staff treated me (and my cat) with compassion, empathy, and like they truly cared. I was frazzled and didn't get her name, but the girl who actually did the euthanasia amazing. She allowed me to hold my cat throughout the process, which made everything so much easier for all of us. And she was just SO nice, and so gentle. I cannot praise her highly enough. As you can see from the photo I'm including, their prices for euthanasia and cremation are very reasonable. Half the price of another vet I've used. For those who don't know, AMC uses an IV to inject the medication during euthanasia. It's fast and painless for the animal. They first inject the sedative, then when you're ready, they give the final medication. PLEASE NOTE: Not all veterinarians euthanize using this method. I strongly suggest, if they don't use an IV for this, you DO NOT go there! The other method is long, drawn out, and although they're somewhat sedated, it's no where near enough imo. They need that IV. My daughter and I have been traumatized by this other method. That's why I try to only use AMC for euthanizing my BFFs. This is the only place I trust.
