We love Banfield Hermitage! Our dog has severe anxiety when visiting the vet. We’ve been seeing Taylor for "Happy Visits" and he is getting more comfortable at each visit. We’ve been to other vets that don’t want to "deal" with him. Banfield Hermitage and Taylor have made a world of difference and made us comfortable with visits to ensure our pup stays healthy.

Ms.Mary, of Banfield Veterinary clinic, gives excellent guest service when calling to remind you of your appointment, then she followed up after dental cleaning showing genuine concern for Beau health. We appreciate Ms.Mary ❤️

Extremely upset and heartbroken over my pet loss. Took my dog Monday to be seen, was given medication, and she passed friday. I feel like not enough questions were asked or tests were done. She was in and out very quickly that day even though we said she had heavy bleeding in her stool. I just hope this review can help another pet in the future.

My kitty had an abscess we discovered on a Sunday and Banfield was so great to get us in on Monday when I described what was going on and knew she was in pain. She was feeling so much better by the next day. No other vet in our area could give us an appt that week. Thanks so much!

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst Banfield experience ever!!! DO NOT bring your fur baby here. Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. They only care about money and not the animals wellbeing. Did not help with my issues and refused to give me the number to corporate office. Take your fur baby to a vet that actually cares.

I had a wonderful experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Hermitage. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and professional, and made both me and my dogs feel welcome and at ease. A very special thank you to Dr. Cecilia Grace Roberts for her amazing care and kind service. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely compassionate with my dogs. It's clear that she truly loves what she does, and it made all the difference. I'm so grateful to have found a place where I feel confident that my pets are in good hands. Highly recommend this location to any pet parent looking for quality veterinary care! 🐾

No matter when I call for my pet to be seen the team always takes him. Mostly nail trims but when ear flared up it took hours not days to get him in. And the team loves him.
