Dr. Augenstein is the best vet ever. We have been with her for many years and has a great staff. They never rush you through, and everything is explained well. We just had our new puppy (7 months old) neutered yesterday and he is doing great. She also took care of our other dog for 13 years.

I would give a 10* rating if I could! We took our cat Jack here last Fri with as an emergency (he had caught something that looked like a fishing hook in his upper lip). Obvsly, we were not an established patient, we had no appointment, nobody at Oasis Animal Hospital knew us, but despite of being fully booked, they took us in without hesitation - and took GREAT CARE of Jack! The problem was solved in no time. Everyone we met at Oasis - from the very sweet and super-friendly receptionist, to the equally sweet and funny vet assistant to Dr. Augenstein herself - was extremely professional, yet warm and welcoming. Hopefully we won't be back too soon, but if something should come up - we just found our new vet!

I took both or my cats and both of my dogs for an initial visit and their annual vaccination. Every staff interaction was great and all treatment options and recommendations were thoroughly explained. I never once felt like there was an attempt at an upsell or a push to have services performed that may or may not be necessary. I never felt rush in my conversation with the Vet where we were able to discuss all concerns for each of my babies. I can't recommend them enough.

we take all seven of our pets to this clinic and it is honestly the very best we have ever had...all the people are pleasant, compassionate and knowledgable while being professional..Dr. Augenstein is great..she has helped us through the ups and downs of our babies..cant imagine ever going elsewhere..

We are so impressed with them! Doctor and staff are so amazing! They saved our cat that is a year and 4 months. He had a urine blockage. I took him the day before to a cat hospital was changed $480. That said he was fine. The next day he was doing worse. One of my friends said to go to oasis in Boulder they are so good. I called they go me right in. He had to have surgery for urine blockage. He is doing so much better! We are forever grateful to the doctor and staff! Doctor and staff is so calming and awesome! We recommend them to anyone! Forever grateful!

I’ve been going here for my pets (cats, dog), for several years: Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the care of my pets. While no facility is perfect, they try to meet needs and are always improving, just like any pet facility in Nevada. I’ve been to many facilities over the years and in different states, this place is one of the best I’ve experienced. First, they give compassion attention, keep me in informed, and especially Dr Augenstein goes above and beyond by calling me back in the evenings to deal with my pets care. Also, the location is excellent, get prompt appointments, and hardly have to wait when one arrives for an appointment. I think pet owners have a responsibility to be proactive, ask questions, and have patience, then way the pros and cons. Pet owners are ultimately responsible for their choices on what are the best decisions for their pets. No vet facility is going to have all the answers and provide everything one expects. I hope that people take everything they hear or read with a grain of salt, and don’t throw out the baby with the bath water. One person’s experience cannot be generalized to everyone else’s experience. Don’t make assumptions and give directives to others because you had a bad experience. This is true for everything we humans face. We all have to take responsible for the decisions we make.
