Stringer had to have a few teeth extracted. The Vet and staff were so good with him and educated me on what to do and expect with is after care. All went smoothly. The communication from Vet and staff shows how much the care for our fur babies!

I was sent by my vet to Banfield (Gresham) with a food prescription because my vet was no longer carrying what I needed. I was frustrated because usually if my online order doesn't arrive in time, which happens A LOT, I had my vet as backup. At Banfield I was greeted by the nicest person, Janine (spelling?). She was so welcoming and helpful and Banfield had the food I needed! I felt important, understood and cared about by her. I left so happy and comforted knowing I wouldn't have to worry that my fur baby would run out of food in the future! THANK YOU!

I recently took my kitten in for her first visit. They had me drop her off so she could have a calmer experience. And she goes back in on May 5th to get spayed. May. I personally really enjoyed how well they took care of her. Thank you all. You rock!

This place is a scam. We have a monthly care plan for our little dog. The plan is supposed to cover exams and preventative care. My dog has a dental issue that they found during an exam. When we had the partial work done on his teeth we were told to return to have the rest done. Apparently the "medical professionals" lost all the previous paperwork, and we were informed we would have to pay for another exam before they finish his dental work. $600 for another useless exam plus the cost of the extractions. We already know the issue, they know the issue. It's a tooth extraction, which they explained to us previously. We said the exam was done already and was covered. But the employee on the phone said " I have no idea what we can do... The past paperwork is all gone." We let them know we will be cancelling our plan and we no longer will be using this veterinary establishment. The receptionist then told us they can't cancel our plan. The main office is unreachable and they don't have the number for them. And then added we'd be charged a cancellation fee! ...A fee for what! Their incompetence. A fee for doing nothing! 6 years we've paid for this plan. And they've done nothing but figure out ways to dig deeper into my pockets! Banfield is absolutely scammers, liars, and failures! Do not use Banfield for your pets, take your baby's to a better establishment.

Maybe it’s just this location but I’ve noticed the past few years that Banfield’s business model has adapted to being more shady. The last straw for me was when they misled me thinking that bloodwork was recommended for my dogs UTI. After the UTI didn’t go away, a month later, I was asked if I wanted to do a bloodwork test for the UTI. When I mentioned that bloodwork had already been performed, they then let me know that the previous bloodwork wasn’t for a UTI but rather an annual recommendation. I understand recommendations but when I’m taking my dogs in to get checked and you’re misleading "add-ons" shows that their business model has changed. The reviews speak for themselves. There’s no reason a reputable business shouldn’t be over 4 stars.

Just passing through can’t even get a shots for my dog. It’s all good. I’ll go to a different state then trash. I had to wait on hold for like 5 to 10 minutes just to be told this thanks Washington. He did a good job.

This clinic really cares about its patients! We unfortunately lost our sweet cat in December 2025 and the level of care and respect they gave us was beyond amazing. We've been coming here for a while and will continue to do so once we get a new pet. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
