Meridian Veterinary Clinic & Hospital

On Monday I took my wonderful sweet pup of 16 years to be euthanized because of pain. She was a gentle, friendly, laid back, stoic, friendly to man and beast, pup. I thought she would have a gentle descent into sleep. Unfortunately that was not the case. When they gave her the shot it hurt her so bad she took off running, making it a couple of feet before the drug took her down. So instead of my precious pup gently going to sleep, she died in pain and fear.

Great tech, great doctor! They were very gentle, showed genuine concern and made the visit much easier. I received a recommendation for a topical treatment for Spike’s dry itchy skin. She worked up an estimate for me on removal of the cyst/bump and also (per my request on a teeth cleaning)! I definitely would recommend Meridian Veterinary Clinic!

Meridian vet staff is ALWAYS wonderful & caring....even with the most difficult situations. I have a rescue that has terrible fear/anxiety. The team understands the situation & always has a plan beforehand & a backup plan too. They care so much for not only the animal but the family too!!! Thank Dr. U & TEAM🐾🐾🐾🥰🥰🥰🥰

We currently have our cats seen by Meridian and absolutely love the care they provide. We just adopted our sweet pup 5 day prior to our visit and discovered she is very scared of people, especially men. When we arrived at Meridian Vet she was made to feel calm (as much as possible in her situation) and the staff were calm and loving to her. Dr. Schoenauer and her tech were wonderful! So caring and kind. The tech (I didn't catch her name) cleaned our girl's ears and our pup even leaned into the tech's gentle care. Excellent experience from start to finish! We will keep coming for our girl's care!

I’ve been taking my pets to this location for many years. I’m always thrilled with the care we receive, the staff is very competent. They charge a fair price for what we needed done and do not upsell. I would never consider taking my pets anywhere but here.

I recently had to schedule the final visit for my elderly dog, and saying goodbye was incredibly difficult. The team at Meridian Veterinary Clinic was compassionate, supportive, and caring throughout the entire process, which made a very hard day a little easier. Their kindness and professionalism gave me comfort and reassurance during such an emotional time. I also have another dog, and we look forward to continuing regular check-ups with this clinic. Knowing that my pets are in such attentive and caring hands gives me great peace of mind. Meridian veterinary clinic is hands down the best in indy/greenwood. They are very caring and treat your animal as if it was their own. Outstanding vets and the staff is wonderful they love my dog Zeke and always treat him great
