This practice is great, and Dr. Listrani is top notch. Each visit confirms to us that we have made the best choice in vets for us and for our pets. We have an extremely reactive and very fearful rescue dog. After another vet in town scolded us for not being tough enough with him, we knew we needed to find a vet who would work with the dog we have. The team at West Market communicates with us extremely well and we make a plan to handle the stressful yearly visit in the safest way possible. We are grateful to Dr. L and the incredible staff for their expertise and willingness to care for our fur babies. They are great with our cats too!!

I had to take my cat to west market veterinary hospital since he had been sick for 2-3 weeks, I had already taken him to a vet and they gave him medicines and an antibiotic but for some reason it didn't work. He wasn't eating, nor playing with his sister and most of the time he would just sleep, I was so worried that I got to think the worst situation, fortunately they helped me here. They examined him and gave him medicines to help him cope with the infection he had, he got better in no time. I am so grateful with all the vets in here since they treat us so well and they helped my kitty to get better. The rooms are clean and appropriate for the animals to get checked, and all of them are true professionals 🥰 100% recommended!

They are very kind, caring, and always willing to help. I usually arrive early for my appointments, and they often see me right away. I feel completely comfortable entrusting them with the care of my very precious baby. Their professionalism and compassion give me great peace of mind. Love this vet hospital and love Dr. Evan’s, as well as many of the other techs! Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly! When I first got my stray as a kitten, he had an upper respiratory infection and they were super quick and scheduled him for the following day. They always provide detailed care instructions for taking care of our pets at home, and have always treated our babies with the most love and compassion. Recently, we had my cat fixed here and everything has been great! 100% recommend this animal hospital!

West Market Veterinary Hospital saved my dog's life! My German Shepherd suddenly became very sick, and my regular vet was not able to see him. West Market Veterinary Hospital worked him in on the same day to help with this health emergency. Dr. Elizabeth Murray performed a very careful and thorough examination of my dog, including blood work with immediate results. My dog had a very high fever, and they took quick action to cool him and reduce the fever. But the most important thing Dr Elizabeth did was to teach me how to care for this very sick animal. She showed by patient example how to monitor his temperature, how to cool him further if necessary, how to gently feed him small amounts of the highly digestible type of canned food, and how to prepare and soften his kibble so that he could eat it. He received an antibiotic shot, and a prescription for antibiotic pills. In short, and although I did not quite realize it at the time, she was patiently teaching me how to be an effective nurse to my very sick dog. Thank you Dr Elizabeth, and also to the kind staff at West Market Veterinary Hospital, for saving the life of my dog!
