The staff is excellent. We have taken all of our dogs through the years to this vet.since they opened. They have been with us through the good and the bad. Would not take my pet to any other.

Amazing service, staff, and Dr. I felt the price was reasonable for what they did. The Dr spent a great deal of time with me and my fur baby going above and beyond, and he is quite knowledgeable, but ‘dumbing it down’ for the common customer. I’m new here, but no matter where I end up living, I’m a customer for life.

My cat was sick and brought here and they healed her all up with injections and she’s doing much better !! I love my cat and so glad they healed her. I’m glad there was women dr that day, because my cat is afraid of male voices.

We've brought our animals here since day one. All of the staff are so wonderful, treat our boys so well, and know us by name when we call. Dr. LaPierre cared for our old lady when we adopted her, helped us through all her medical issues, and gave us wonderful options when she passed away. Cannot say enough about how much we love taking our four legged family members here.

The staff here are amazing! Very compassionate and caring. However, there are no available appointments for sick visits (I was told there was nothing available for a FEW WEEKS)!!! I am always instructed to call an emergency vet instead. It seems to me that slots need to be saved for those sick visits so pet owners can avoid going to a costly emergency vet. If you are only need routine veterinary care, this is the place to go, but please consider their appt availability for sick visits.

I've been bringing my dogs here a few years and always appreciated the personal attention everyone gives. After being at a previous vet's office that felt like a cold clinic, it's been nice to feel like this staff actually cares. Our oldest girl, a mini dachshund, had some skin issues that couldn't get resolved. I'd spent a lot of money and time on visits, shots and meds at the previous vet. One of the doctors here got her skin in better shape with the recommendation of regular bathing in medicated shampoo and cleaning skin folds with medicated pads. It really made her quality of life better and I was able to stop the allergy meds! Unfortunately, she recently became ill and it was time for a difficult decision. I'm grateful for Dr. Poore and Andrew's kindness, respect and compassionate care of me and our girl when it was time to say goodbye.

Dr Lapierre is a good doctor, but the office practices could be better. We have had many of our pets at this practice but when we needed them the most, they didn't respond. Our pet was in destress, so we drove back 3 hours to get him help. we called at 3:00 and ask to be seen. At 6:00 we got a call saying to bring him in the next day. Our dog died at the emergency vet 3 hours later. I can't help to believe that knowing is background conditions and a quicker response maybe things could have turned out better. At least our dog could have been with us on his passing and not alone at the emergency clinic.
