Garden Creek Pet Clinic

We visited this clinic around February 10th for our cat due to a concern about a possible tooth issue, and also requested a rabies vaccination during the visit. We were not allowed into the exam room and waited outside for about 30 minutes. After the visit, we were told that there were no dental issues, only general advice for bad breath. However, within a few days, the condition became noticeably worse. About three weeks later, another veterinarian diagnosed a severe dental problem—the tooth had turned black and the surrounding gum was inflamed—and informed us that extractions would be necessary. While we cannot be certain, it is concerning that this issue may have been missed during the initial visit, when it appeared to be at an earlier stage. We are sharing this feedback to encourage more thorough examinations in the future.

Absolute best vet ever! I am 46 and haven't had a dog in my life everyday since I was 19. Been to a lot of vets! They surpass expectations on what you would expect from a good vet! Bring bringing my great Pyrenees Luna to them since she was 8 weeks old! She will be 4 this July! Highly recommend! Amazing people!

My rotten dog LOVES to go here - no joke. I tell him he is going to see the Dr and he gets excited and ready to go. He gets anxious with me because I do not get out of the car fast enough once we get there. It's amazing. The entire staff are warm and welcoming, and they know your fur baby well.

My pets have been seeing Dr Mortensen since I moved to the area in 2015. He always handles my pets with care. I have some not so friendly pets (a big outdoor tom cat and an antisocial old boxer). Every time I come and get them, they always seem in good spirits, never scared and always happy. He's one of the few vets that will encourage a second opinion at times and the prices are very fair and they do their best to get my pets in last minute (that tom cat gets himself into trouble). I think he explains everything thoroughly and is very kind and so is his staff. I would give an extra star for their office cat, Noelle, but Google won't allow it.

Took very good care of my beloved dog for 12 years. I highly recommend. The doctors and staff are wonderful.

Just seriously good people. Every single person I spoke with from the woman I made my appointment with to the women that met me at the door to take my cat back to the doctor that took care of him were all such wonderful people. The doctor called me with an update on my baby in only 30 minutes and took his time explaining everything very clearly and answered all the questions I had. I really felt that they truly cared about my little guy rather than treating him as just another cat. So grateful I found this place and will definitely be my new regular vet for my babys. Also loved the fact that I was able to get an appointment in under 24 hours from when I called. Thank you all so much!
