Always great food here. Most recent visit, William was the server. He is also a cook there. He made great suggestions and was super friendly. Who knew potato soup could be SOOO good.

He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions without rushing, and treats every animal as if they were his own. During an emotional and difficult time with my pet, Dr. Upshaw showed so much empathy, understanding, and professionalism. That level of care means more than words can express. The staff is just as wonderful—friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. First Vet visit Ever in life. Dr Upchurch and his staff were amazing. He walked me through shot process. Told me what to expect in the next several months with a new puppy. I scheduled next round of shots.

Took my boyfriend's dog their last year. We had went there a couple of times, with our German shepherd, but this time it was different. Dr. Upshaw told us that Pepper had Addison's disease, but come to find out,that was a damn lie. We were told that Pepper was going to have to have a shot costing $140 a month, for the rest of his life. We got Pepper the shot twice and it did nothing for him, so we took him to another vet and I am so glad we did. The vet told us that if Pepper had Addison's disease, that not having the shot for over a year that Pepper would have already died, because we only let him take two shots and that was last April, so he lied. Misdiagnosing our pet is a disgrace. Come to find out. Pepper had heart disease and heart worms. So now we're gonna have to spend all of this money with a real vet, so that we can cure our dog. I know that the price is way below the other vets, but don't take your pet there. If you love your pet, you want.

Been bringing my animals here for over 15 years. Grooming is excellent. Here's my pooch now after his last grooming. His name is King bc he thinks he runs the castle. He's a liver colored schnauzer.
