Banfield Pet Hospital

It has been six months since we lost our beloved Sheba. She was a german shepherd and passed away just shy of her 13th birthday. Since she was a puppy, she was in the care of Banfield Pet Hospital. Her favorite Vet was Dr. Martha Mattocks, and we scheduled all of our appointments with her. Though it has taken me some time to post this, I wanted to let the staff know how much we appreciate their service over the years. I especially appreciate how kind and loving they were during Sheba's final moments. Thank you so much for the card and her paw print, which goes in the special frame. That was truly above and beyond what I expected (I still get misty eyed). To anyone who is looking for a place that will love and care for your pet, I highly recommend the Banfield Highwoods location. You are more than a customer, you are family.

I just want to thank Doctor Melissa Lehman and all the staff who were just wonderful with Dasher and Cesar, my two doggies. They were all helpful and sweet and explained everything that was going to happen and what the charges would be. I love that Doctor Lehman was so understanding and let me know everything that she did. All I can say is, I am really happy with the folks at Banfield Hospital. I would definitely recommend Banfield Hospital to all those who are looking for a new vet. Thank you, Banfield and Dr. Lehman, I appreciate everything that you have done for me and my dog family.

Dr Mattocks is the best vet I have ever met! She takes such good care of my fur babies and loves them as if they were her own. She always takes time to talk to me and advise me in the best care. Love her and the staff!

No way would I ever recommend Banfield. Difficult to get caring service and a hassle to cancel. In addition, charged my card after I canceled. Made it a hassle to get a refund. I had to file a claim with my bank. But more importantly, they do not seem to give a hoot about your animal.

Kasey and Kai at the front desk have been super friendly and helpful and all the vet techs and staff have been amazingly supportive in answering my million and one questions about my new baby girl. They have made the process of getting my kitten healthy and happy much more manageable and less stressful.

I lovvveeeee this location!!!! They take care of my babies the best! Dr. Lehman and Dr.Mattocks care so much about your babies. And Kasey is great at the front. Not to mention the entire staff in the back Abby, Vince, Bayley just to name a few!! Thanks guys!
