The staff and veterinary team are amazing! They truly care about my puppy, and I always feel at ease when I visit. I was especially worried when I first got him because he was so small, but they gave me great reassurance. I believe the receptionist at the front desk is named Veronica, and she is the best!

We brought our Kitten in willow and the team couldn’t have been more welcoming and caring , we really felt our pet would be safe and well cared for while being treated at there banfield 💕

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! My dog will never go back there! The star is for the front desk they were nice. But I DID NOT like the vet!! The way he pulled the tag off my dogs neck with so much force! He could of broke her neck. And my dog screamed. Along with it he pulled out some of her hair!! He was not gentle at all!! She was also different when I picked her up. This place does not ever have to worry about us again!! If you're black please don't take your dog there!!

I tend to bring my dog here because it's close to my house, but after the visit I had, I will not be bringing my dog back here. My dog saw a "Dr". Kelly Loewen, who tried to say my dog's active muscle spasms were just anxiety. I can only take to mean she didn't do a thorough exam and made her sit in the kennel and wait all day and then at the end of the day do quick once over and call it anxiety, being that my dog gets nervous at the doctor. I was unhappy when she told me it was just anixety because I KNOW MY DOG, why would she be "dealing with anxiety" when we're at home relaxing?? I even asked if she would be able to provide a muscle relaxer, she thought it unnecessary, saying it could lead to incontinence, which really ticked me off. I wanted something short term to help her muscles catch a break. After a couple of days with more continuous muscle spasms from my dog, I decided to get a second opinion at a different banfield and I'm glad I did, that doctor listened to me, did a thorough exam, and gave me a diagnosis with meds to help my dog.

My Dog's loved the staff. My dog can be a handful, the staff worked with him and his appointment went fabulous.
