North Star Animal Hospital at Estrella, PLLC

Unfortunately I came in for my favorite guy, Axle, end of life services. They are the most understanding people. I will be coming back for other services with my other dogs and when the time comes for them I’ll be seeing them as well for the others end of life services. Thank you guys for making the unfortunate process easy. I’m adding a picture so they can see him from his healthier times.

Absolutely love all the great folks at Northstar Animal Hospital. Very convenient for everybody living in the Estrella mountain ranch community. They have taken care of our two adult huskies for the past 2 1/2 years and have rendered excellent care.

I can not express my gratitude enough for Dr Rimbey. She has walked through so many difficult times with my family. From having to say goodbye to one of my fur babies, to being so patient and flexible with another fur baby who is a very difficult patient. She is always willing to think out side of the box to come up with creative solutions to met the needs of my fur babies. I truly can’t say thank you enough.

Healing after treatment for otitis interna, left ear. He looks happy (relieved) to me 🐶👍🏼 Thank you again *everyone* at NSAH! 🙏☺️

Had a wonderful first visit with our Shih Tzu puppies. The doctor and staff were amazingly friendly and well coordinated. The facility was also extremely clean, and the pricing was more than fair. Conveniently located within the Estrella Mountain Ranch community!

My sweet kitty, Oreo, needed to be.put down and they did put her down. Sad, but she went peacefully. They did a wonderful job doing it!! Thanks so much to their staff!!

Grooming services only. Not the medical-hospital part. Absolutely horrible!!! My dog was nicked during grooming on his belly right near his penis. I get it. It happens. He’s a little squirmy. I called to complain that he had been nicked and to give feed back as the groomer in the past has been very short of patience and recommended anesthesia for my dog to groom him. That’s a little severe as he is a small dog. I asked for someone to call me back and got a call from Kelly who left a voicemail. I called back and that phone was to a totally different vet clinic (in Verrado) of a different name. I left a message. 3 days later I hadn’t gotten a call back so I called again. Kelly returned my call. She had all the ammo ready but was inaccurate and snarky. She immediately said there was a note in the file that my dog was not nicked and that I waited two weeks to call so it obviously wasn’t their fault and shame on me for not bringing my dog in for vet treatment as he may need antibiotics and by the way you should find another groomer. That last run on sentence was kind of how Kelly delivered it to me so it was intentional. I asked to speak to the owner. Kelly flat out said "well that’s not gonna happen"
