Livewell Animal Urgent Care of Goodyear

Earlier this week our 16 yo Miss Athena decided that we weren't quite on our toes and thought it was a good idea to give us a good jump scare… she was quite sick and we really thought it was her time to meet up with her doggie brothers on the other side of the rainbow bridge… After two trips to Livewell, a lot of love and patience (and insulin, antibiotics, fluids and an appetite stimulant) she is on the mend... I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced this level of care, kindness and compassion at other vet clinics with my animals. They do what’s best for you and your pet… they work with you to help you understand their illness (or illnesses in Athena’s case) and the best course of action for treatment… And then they followup after you leave because they know you may have forgotten something about home care and they are genuinely concerned about you and your pet! Whoever said cats had nine lives never met our girl as I’m pretty sure she is on life 20 thanks to the entire Livewell team! A special thank you to Dr. Hosking & Dr. Woskow, Bailey, Nicole and Dani! I am eternally grateful to each of you! You not only took care of my beautiful girl, but you also took care of me!

This was our first visit to Livewell animal urgent care. Staff have been caring, prompt and efficient throughout the entire process. They were thorough in explaining the possible diagnoses and how they would best determine the treatment needed. We felt reassured that our little guy would get the best emergent care and get back to the good life in no time.

I was referred this Urgent care from her Vet who couldn’t get her in same day. I was provided the number and address, upon me calling the center I was greeted by a friendly voice who was concerned about our fur baby. She asked some initial questions then when I inquired about cost walked me through the process & what to expect. The facility is very clean, well kept, and all the staff truly care. I definitely recommend.

Very nice! The staff was very welcoming, super welcoming environment. There was no wait, a the Doctor was nice and explained everything perfectly. Definitely will come back if we ever have an emergency.

The manager Arianna was sooo attentive to my 7 week cane corso! She was on top of everything! By when we walked in she got a straight to her room and you can tell she was completely worried about the health of my puppy! The customer service is excellent!!!! Will now be making this my dog’s primary doctor! Very affordable!!!

The energy is very welcoming and you can tell they do care and concern themselves for your pets and for you. They explain everything and take time doing so without ever feeling rushed or that you aren’t a priority. They give you time to ask anything you want and are patient with you. I felt my baby very cared for and taken care of including myself and would recommend this place and return to it as well. Thank you Livewell for having such great staff here and thank you to all who work here and have made such worrisome experiences feel okay and manageable!

I took my French Bulldog Molly to Livewell on a Saturday night to be checked out and from the moment I called and walked in the door everyone was very kind and very attentive. The staff is very knowledgeable and was available to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Livewell and if services are ever needed again I will not hesitate to bring my dog back.
