I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff was thorough, attentive, empathetic, and incredibly communicative. During such a stressful time, they made sure I understood every step and treated both me and my pet with genuine kindness and respect. When my fur baby suddenly took a turn for the worse, the team supported me through one of the most difficult decisions a pet owner can face. Their empathy and patience while helping me say goodbye meant more to me than I can express. I truly felt that my dog was treated with dignity, love, and the highest level of care. THANK YOU to all of the staff and doctors that took care of my baby girl and kept her comfy and safe until the very end. Phoebe was show love and the best care the whole time we were there. I was able to sit next to her during visiting hours and everyone was so kind to myself and my mom. During such a terrible time they led us in the right direction and gave us their best advice what to do, which we needed badly being so distraught. During the worst time they handled us with care and love. I could not have asked for anything different. The comfort care room was so nice and we were given all the time needed to say goodbye to our girl and give her lots of snuggles and pets. Nothing was rushed and I am really thankful her primary vet referred us here. Thank you to all the girls that took care of us, Ill never forget any of you ladies. Phoebe was our baby and deserved the best of the best and she got it. Unfortunately this isn't our first rodeo with needing a specialist, our first dog needed Oncology, and this year our other dog needed a Neurology specialist. I specifically asked our regular vet to send a referral to BluePearl because of the amazing experience with our previous dog. And again, just wonderful care from everyone. Thank you Dr. Wolf and the techs on the neurology team! Our sweet boy, Daniel is doing so well after surgery for a herniated disc. My favorite thing about them, we got updated texts/photos both times post surgery of our dogs while in recovery. Will always recommend BluePearl!

We’ve brought our dog here several times — once for TPLO surgery and other visits for additional medical care. Every experience has been excellent. The doctors, technicians, and ICU staff took incredible care of him and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their compassion, professionalism, and communication gave us so much confidence during stressful situations. We were able to visit Jameson during visiting hours as well when he had overnight stays. I highly recommend bringing your pets here — they truly treat them like they’re in the best hands possible.

Our cat, Lucille, was referred to the neurology team at Blue Pearl by my vet. Unfortunately, she was found to have an aggressive form of cancer through the MRI that they did along with some additional very thorough assessments. They were very thorough very kind, very thoughtful and very helpful at directing us on the decision making processes as this unfortunate outcome required that we euthanize our cat. They had a referral for in-home euthanasia and we’re very thoughtful and helpful walking us through the process of making a very difficult decision that unfortunately was the only option. I’m thankful for Blue Pearl and supporting us through this hard time and taking care of my sweet fur baby.

Through an unexpected emergency, where my my pug had problems breathing, Blue Pearl vets and vet tech and staff helped me from the very beginning to her return home. They walked me through everything and ended up keeping my dog for several days at the hospital, while she had the surgery for BOAS. She is now recovering at home. They have been excellent and my dog is doing great now.

We had to rush our 16 year old Shih Tzu dog here on Tuesday because she was having trouble breathing, not walking, and not her usual self. Blue Pearl quickly got her back to be seen, and provided her with excellent care overnight. They even sent us a text with her picture in the morning. That day, we brought her home but she continued to worsen which is normal due to her heart condition and age. We brought her back, and they ultimately helped us come to the decision that it was time to say goodbye. They were patient with us, got us a quality of life assessment, and brought us back to a room that was quiet, calm, and comfortable so we could say our goodbyes. Throughout our week there, we saw Dr. Luskin, and Dr. Wallace, both of whom were extremely patient, and took the time to explain everything to us. On top of that, there were some amazing vet techs (sorry we didn’t get your names). We are so grateful for our experience at Blue Pearl and believe they provided our dog with quality care and dignity at the end of her life.
