Sun Valley Hope Animal Hospital

If i could give this place 10 million stars i most certainly would!!! Unfortunately i came here for end of life services for my 12 plus yr old 100 lb blue nose pitbull, Kales aka Bubba. Everyone there was above and beyond considerate and compassionate to my situation. I had 3 other people with me plus my dog and the vet and vet tech in the room. Very warm cozy had that home like feel going on. I called probably half of all different veterinarian services around the valley for cost. These angels had the lowest cost by far. And i cant say enough about the level of empathy from all!!! Thank you for making my beloved companions transfer to heaven so much easier!!! R. I. P. Kales aka Bubba 5/20/2014 to 5/29/2026

Great hospital very professional truly cares for the animals. I’m bringing my new animal there. They got affordable prices. Don’t charge you for every little tiny thing. This is my second animal that I’ve had. My first animal was a little Chihuahua and I brought my Chihuahua to them within the hour of the most horrific thing that’s ever happened in my life where I got in a car accident and my dog was killed in the car accident. I did bring my dog to them immediately after the car accident to have her cremated. It was the most horrendous moment of my life, and they were compassionate and caring and took very good care of her. Now I have a new dog. They are just the same.

The office staff were Super calm and polite, they tell you everything you need to know. The phone answering person answers every vaccine question you have. The accountant at desk gives you choices and options. The doctor addresses you directly with concerns and suggestions. Calm environment considering Cost Very reasonable Nice office atmosphere. Movie on in waiting area. Team approach to your pets care. So real authentic comforting affordable. Never going anywhere else. I felt like my pet got attention of groomer,doctor, front desk and all staff at once. It was all about MY pet. I had the highest anxiety possible and I kept being stunned how great things were going. What I was afraid of .....none of these people were. They try to save you money . If your a nervous mess like I was come here. Doctor very personable ,knowledgeable and very observant. AAA+++++

My dog had surgery, dr.bob did excellent job, my dog is a 100% better. She is a whole different dog and at 13 years old she has a new fire and excitement level i haven't seen in awhile. Thank you so much love you guys

Negan loves it here and everyone who works there. He's one happy pup 😁 and they definitely know how to handle his wiggle butt.

Not a fancy place but everyone is genuinely here for the animals. Staff are knowledgeable and compassionate.

If I could write a review for every interaction I have ever had I would do it ten times over. This veterinary office is genuinely the kindest group of employees I have ever interacted with and I have been greeted by different staff every time so it truly speaks volumes. I have a 5 year old dog who is scared of everything but not this office, and my new kitten is in their care now as well and I genuinely couldn't have picked a better place. They are open and honest about pricing before charging or proceeding with the plans. Affordable even in economic struggle in the US right now. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
