The best staff, I have nothing but great things to say about the people who work here. They are all so kind. From the moment I called about my old dog that he may need an X-ray and surgery I felt calm reassured by Kayla on the phone. Upon arrival Chris was very sweet and have my man lots of pets to pick him up ever so gently and put him on the gurney. The doctors were so sweet and answered all of my questions, my mom's questions, and even my 8 year old asking where the white board eraser was and whether questioned the X-ray results. In an emergency with high stress and not knowing how to help your pet, these wonderful professionals are ready and so very supportive.

Our precious cat Marcus became very sick. We brought him in on a Saturday. The Vet (I’m sorry we can’t remember his name) was very professional and kind. We went over Marcus previous bloodwork results from our regular Vet. He listened very carefully to us and suggested an ultrasound sound and an overnight stay. He also suggested we see Dr Phillips (Internal Medicine Doc) on Sunday. We saw Dr Phillips and her PA Rachel. They are simply Angels sent from Heaven. Their love and compassion is what helped us thru this difficult time. Marcus ended up having multiple blood transfusions. Sadly he lost his fight. We are so very devastated. Everyone that we meet at Blue Pearl was so very kind, professional and compassionate. Dr Phillips and Rachel are the best Doc & PA we have ever meet (this includes our people Doctors). Dr Phillips & Rachel we cannot thank you enough for all that you did for Marcus. We were truly Blessed to have you in Marcus last days. Thank you so very much, Paul & Donna

Unfortunately, I had to take our pooch, Oliver to BluePearl Pet Hospital for emergency, life saving treatment. They were absolutely wonderful. Prompt, understanding and a thorough well oiled machine. They were very caring with both Oliver and me. He needed to stay overnight and they were great with communication. Oliver recovered enough to come home the next day because of their quick action and course of treatment. A HUGE thank you to the staff at BluePearl Arrowhead for taking such great care of our Oliver 🐾❤️

Took our 10 year old Golden Retriever there due to vomiting, lethargy and not eating. He is family and we were very worried. Everyone, from the front office to the doctor, was kind and comforting. They did not push for extra expenses rather what was reasonable, most pressing, and in line with our wishes. Our baby is home safe and doing great!

Wonderful experience with BluePearl Pet Hospital! Our vet technician was Lizz and she was wonderful, she explained everything step by step and sent regular updates and pictures of our Memphis; she even made sure to tuck him in while he waited to see the vet. This meant a lot to me as he is a Sphynx and is always most comfortable when he’s wrapped up. Memphis was seen by Dr. Dennis and he was excellent! When he called, he explained everything in detail, took the time to answer all my questions and gave us multiple options - not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. When I went to pick up Memphis, Dr. Dennis came out to speak to me, explained everything again, and was very reassuring. Overall our experience was wonderful and we are very grateful for the excellent care Memphis received!

I rushed my 13 yo Aussie border collie to Blue Pearl after she quickly took a turn for the worse. The overnight receptionist was kind and calm during a stressful heart breaking situation. The medical team got her quickly triaged and provided sedation to relieve her stress so I could give her one last hug. They provided us a private room and the euthanasia nurse walked us through the process letting us know all the while when she was aware and when she’d gone to sleep for the last time. We were able to get a clay paw impression. It was a heart breaking experience and I’m so grateful for the compassion and care that the staff provided to my Lucy girl and myself.

They took great care of my dog in an emergency situation. They attended to him promptly. They treated him with great care and sensitivity. They had excellent communication. They took care of his immediate needs until I could get to my regular vet. Their estimated total cost of care was actually almost $52 less than what I paid at my regular vet. I would highly recommend their services.
