I cannot say enough on how wonderful both the Germantown and Lakeland Pet Hospitals has been. Dixie had a challenging surgery and Dr McWatters was willing to take on the task. Not only that but he and all of his staff and vets have been so caring and kind to Dixie and myself. Thank you is not enough!

We are very pleased that Dr. McWaters, at Pet Hospitals of Germantown Tn. He has been our vet for the last 10 years. Our dog recently had to have eyelid surgery. Dr. McWaters took time to explain and answer my questions regarding the medical issues and the procedure he would use to help our dog. Dr. McWaters is professional, knowledgable, and patient. When talking with Dr. McWaters, it is evident that he loves being a Vet. When I needed extra help with aftercare, the staff got me back in the office quickly and were very helpful in finding a way to make things work better for my dog's recovery at home. Thank you Dr. McWaters and Staff.

We have been using The Pet Hospitals since 1997. We wouldn't change groups for anything. Great veterinaryns at all locations. Front desk and staff are very friendly and helpful. The chat option on their website is awesome. They respond quickly and get answers right back as you chat with them online. We love The Pet Hospitals 🐾 ❤️ 🐾

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My cat was severely injured, and the staff worked me in the day I called to see Maggie Landis. Dr. Landis did a great job diagnosing my cat's injury and provided the best procedure for a quick recovery.

Thankfully for their patience and care of my anxious dog who isn’t good around other dogs. I called when I was in the parking lot, and they had a room ready for my girl so that she wouldn’t upset any other furry friend visitors.

TPHG is the best. That have taken great care of my pets over the years. Highly recommended!

Dr. M. Covington is awesome! She was so kind and informative during my pup's first vet visit. I know my little girl is in good hands here!
