Wonderful supportive after hours resource for anyone having a pet facing a crisis situation. My dog ate something dangerous. By the time I got there they whisked my dog away immediately. They had already researched the item and its toxicity, showed me the research, and within 15 minutes my dog was returned to me safe. Meanwhile the people there could not be more kind.

Great. Lucky and thankful! We were taken care of. Would have been cool to see the X ray though! I should have asked. The thoughtfulness, care and quickness of it all. I was stressed and anxious and nobody looked at me strange for it. Going through a very tough time so it was relieving to have that experience.

The care we received was excellent. The staff was friendly & professional and the process was simple. I'd like the to recognize the front desk staff. I left a pair of shades and she was kind enough to call me and put them up for me. I forgot her name. What I appreciated most is the speed at which my dog was able to be seen and the gentle nature in which he was handled,

My baby was sick and I walked in and only had to wait 15 minutes. The veternarian evaluated my dog with bloodwork and x-rays because he had no visual symptoms but 2 hours later was treated, diagnosed, and feeling better. I am so glad I brought him in when I did. Thank you! The Doctor and the Veterinary assistant. What I appreciated most was identifying my dog's illness accurately and quickly.

I'm disappointed. My dog came in with a mass on her mouth that was bleeding consistently. I took her there because it was later in afternoon and vet wasn't opened. It was very clean, front desk & tech were very nice and there was little to no wait. The check in system is a little much especially when trying to hold a big dog who is bleeding. They looked at her, gave me a "high" estimate and a "low". I just decided to take the minimum of meds because I knew I was taking her to her regular doctor this morning. They were to send records over to primary care vet, which they did. But when my regular doctor went over the faxed records, I was told she was seen for a mass in mouth and a quality of life exam!!?? I was like Quality of Life??? No!! She is fine! She is almost 12 years old and most Rottweilers only live between 9-11 years old.. she has already passed normal life span and she eats, drinks, uses bathroom and gets around fine! Why would they put that on there AND NEVER SAY ANYTHING TO ME??? I am more than offended. Not to mention, I had prednisone and could have given her that at home and they gave me some meds to help stop bleeding that looked like they came from China.com... I was thankful for the help that day because I was panicked by the blood. But to say something regarding Quality of life and not mention that to me, was too much! I could see if she was limp, not using bathroom regularly, failing to eat or drink but she is NOT! She is just a Senior dog! Next time before your put something on a chart, ALL INFO SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED WITH THE OWNER OF THE PET! Shame on you!
