What an incredible team. Dr. Jones has a truly caring bedside manner along with in depth clinical skills. Her team was as well very thoughtful and do their best to work with your needs for you and your pet. Update- Our cat is still struggling with stomach issues and Dr Jones/her team continue to fit us in and take calls last minute. I can’t say enough good about this practice. Final update- our cat ended up having to have surgery for a bowel obstruction. Dr Jones, Veronica, and her team came in on their day off over a holiday weekend to save our cat’s life. I have never met people in medicine that are willing to do so much to help. How refreshing. If you are looking for a competent, caring practice to bring your pet to, they come highly recommended.

Dr Renee Jones and her assistant were so easy to understand and handled my nervous pup so well. My pup is 6 almost 7. Dr Jones came up with the plan and I'm implementing at home. So far so good. We even have a plan B if needed. Highly recommend this veterinarian.

I highly recommend this vet practice. We unfortunately had to make a difficult decision with our sweet young kitty, and the outpouring of love we received here was beautiful. Dr. Renee is not only a wonderful and skilled vet, but an extremely kind, gentle, and compassionate human. She and everyone here were so loving and supportive through our very difficult time. I cannot recommend them all more highly. You will not be disappointed by the level of care you receive here. From our whole hearts, thank you!

Was able to book same day within half an hour and Dr Jones was great with our new baby. Her assistant was just as great and they answered all our questions and went over all our concerns. Looking forward on continuing our baby’s care with this team of awesome people

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Jones and her team! Veronica is a great help with answering all of my puppy questions. Carlos is amazing with our 2 senior cats with thyroid conditions. Repeat blood work frequently and done quickly and efficiently. And Dr. Jones always sharing her knowledge and experience along the way. I would give more stars if possible. So glad we found this stellar team!

Dr Jones diagnosis of our cat was treated with the best medical protocol. We saw improvements very quickly. She shows a great deal of compassion and was not quick to rush us off. She made sure we understood how to administer the meds. Very kind staff and professional. Highly recommend!!

A few days ago, my toy Pomeranian broke her nail while playing. She doesn’t like anyone grooming her, so I was worried about upsetting her even more by taking her in, especially if the nail needed to be removed. She kept licking it, and I knew she needed care quickly. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day with Dr. Jones for both of my girls to get updated shots and have the nail examined. When we arrived, we were greeted by Dr. Jones’s vet tech, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately made friends with my girls, which impressed me since they’re usually very nervous around new people and other animals. He took the time to thoroughly review their history, listen to my concerns, and provide clear upfront pricing. Afterward, he prepared them to see Dr. Jones, who came in with a warm smile and spent so much time with us. She went over everything—from diet and care to shots and my concerns—and even engaged in friendly conversation. My girls were so comfortable that even after getting all their shots, they sat calmly while we chatted. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my babies received. I’m so glad we found Dr. Jones, and I will definitely be trusting her as our regular vet going forward.
