Took my cat in and it took 35-40 minutes because of an emergency with another pet. The doctor was nice and professional. I took two stars off because the floor was dirty and when my cat went under the chair, he was covered in other animal's fur. I am writing this with random pet animal in my mouth. Service was good, but needs to be cleaner next time.

The vet is very attentive and detail oriented. My cat has been vomiting oddly for a long time and most other vets pretty much dismissed any worries I had about it and said it was normal. The first time I came here we had a lengthy discussion where she took a detailed history on my cat’s health. Then she explained what steps we would take to get to the bottom of my cat’s illness in an easy to understand way and answered all my questions with ease. She also made recommendations to improve my cat’s overall condition, he has feline herpes virus, to reduce his sneezing and improve his quality of life. She ultimately diagnosed him with pancreatitis and we are currently working on a long term solution for him. I’m glad a finally found a vet who listens and genuinely cares about the health of the animals under her care.

We've had nothing but good experiences with the staff at Northwest Pet Hospital. They're always so attentive and kind when it comes to my pups. I've also had positive experiences with their boarding services.

I started to bring my miniature schnauzer here and the Vet is very professional and knowledgeable! Scheduling is easy they have great customer service and always attentive with my puppy! I highly recommend!
