Good Water Animal Hospital

My husband took our cat in for an infection on his paw, a staff member took him back for an "exam" and came back with no diagnosis or medical advise. They did not clean the wound or bandage it. Walked out $400.00 later and we are treating the wound ourselves. Worst vet I've ever been to. As a new resident in Georgetown I will be looking for care for my animals somewhere else in Georgetown. They will not be getting our business. Worst experience ever.

This vet traumatized my cat. He used to be amazing with vets, and now he's permanently scarred and terrified. They took my cat and left me in the waiting room, which was a huge mistake to stay there on my part. I will never know what they did to him, and that haunts me. I'm absolutely leaving the review on the right clinic. They may not remember hearing my cat screaming and me being furious when I took him to leave, but I certainly remember. Do not let them take your animal anywhere without you if you go to this vet.

It is a pleasure to have Dr. Shieh as my veterinarian. She is so kind and caring. I know that my fur baby is in the best hands ever.

This is the best veterinarian experience I've ever had. My girl Australian Cattle Dog is older and Dr Michelle was so thorough and thoughtful to our needs. I love my dog so much and it's wonderful to experience such compassion from the vet. Wonderful!

Dr Michelle was so patient kind and gentle with my little Maltese. She was able to thoroughly examine her. It was our first time at this clinic and I'm so glad we found them. All the staff was attentive and kind.

Took my cat Bunny to Good Water for several years! He always received great care, staff was friendly and helpful. They are always clear about what options you have for testing, treatment, and cost. I have moved out of state, but they've still provided great advice from afar! So grateful to have someone to answer questions while navigating a cross country move with an anxious senior kitty. <3

We recently had an urgent concern with our cat, and Dr. Michelle was able to fit us in the very same day. That alone was such a relief, but what really stood out was the level of care we received from start to finish. Dr. Michelle was warm, compassionate, and extremely thorough. She took her time with us, never made us feel rushed, and explained everything in detail in a way we could easily understand. It was clear she genuinely cares. The entire staff was amazing..the front desk team was kind, the techs were gentle, professional, and knowledgeable. Every single person we interacted with was caring and attentive, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We left feeling confident in our cat’s care and grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary team nearby. I can’t recommend Dr. Michelle and her staff enough.
