Dr. Hoff has been an absolute lifesaver for our pets, guiding us through the tough times as they grew old or sick, and helping our rescues thrive. His combination of medical expertise, professionalism, and deep empathy for both animals and humans is truly rare. If you want a team that will love your pets like their own, I highly recommend them!

Castlerock has always (10+ years) been my go to for all animal care even sometimes small livestock! Dr Hoff and JD and staff never say "I can't "unless it is totally impossible! Their compassion and gifts of knowledge and passion to heal are superb. No place I'd rather take my beloved furry family!

The best people and care ive ever experienced. your furry friend will be in the absolute best of hands from beginning to end, they not only take good care of your pet and have incredible advice but also support you and I just can't express enough how blessed we have been to have had them take care of our fur baby. They make even the hardest experince feel beautiful. the whole team from the front desk to the techs to the vets are just incredible. truly good hearted people, and incredible at what they do. may God bless this business and all the people in it ❤️

Staff was very efficient and friendly. Had a long wait; however, that was due to an emergency, which was not a problem. Could put some type of reading materials in the room and provide the WI-FI password while patients are waiting.

Friendly, professional and competent staff. Dr. House did an excellent job performing surgery on our puppy. Post-op and recovery took place exactly as described. Our patient is mending nicely.

Everyone there is always so kind, helpful and professional! Melanie on phone, the checkout receptionist, Dr Hoff who helped us with our dog’s painful allergy/infection symptoms. All patient and informative with their expertise!
