As usual, I arrived early for my appointment and I was seen early. Dr. Lin and I went over my cats general health and talked over my concerns for my pet Nacho. Again, asking usual, I left feeling that my concerns were addressed and steps were being taken to continue my pets health and well-being.

We are grateful that you were able to accommodate our pet at short notice as an emergency. We also appreciated the calm and thorough explanations of the situation and options available that were provided to us by Dr Mason. The whole experience was calm and unhurried, and we would highly recommend GAH and Dr Mason.

We adopted our dog and had a great first appointment at GAH. The first phone call through the last drop off were positive, friendly and helpful. If you like caring service, vets that take their time and a clean environment than this is the vet for you.

Overall, GAH has been absolutely incredible over the last decade I have been coming. Recently I had a sick kitty and they were able to get him in, treated and got him on his way to recovery. I could not be more thankful for them and everything they did!

The best in the area! The waiting area is big,, neat and very relaxing. Excellent service ! The doctor took the time to examine our pet, she clearly explained the situation and the pros and cons. They are very transparent about their service and fees.

Money Grab. Terrible experience, first was being told by Jayne that they could not fill the prescription, that my pharmacist was being difficult?? I called the pharmacy and it was because of LEGAL requirements that are asked to fulfill the prescription to verify its actually a vet. Called the vet back wanted us to buy directly from them, the price being marked up of course. Compare $5 a pill to $2 a pill. Same medication! Jayne I believe her name was passive aggressive, says she passed on my message to the vet doubtful I get a call back, hung up on me before I could provide them with a fax number to send the prescription.

The staff here is fantastic. Everyone is very kind, and compassionate. They're upfront about their pricing and options. Dr Mason treated my cat for the first time, and I will definitely bring her back to see Dr Mason again. Excellent customer service here, I highly recommend.
