The whole staff was wonderful. From the time we checked in, during the visit and checking out was positive. Dr. Tomlin was patient and kind. He knew my pet was anxious so he examined her while I held her. He met her at her comfort level. I inquired about getting her fixed, so Dr. Tomlin brought in his staff that helps him, Ella, Tye, Taylor and Alexis. They explained to me what would happen how the procedure would go when I could pick her up just very informative and the ladies were super sweet. Eventually, my pet calmed down and just went right to them and had the best time with these ladies. If you’re looking for a vet, that truly cares I suggest them.

Willing to comunicate and answer all my concerns. Nothing recommended that I didn't agree with. Great Avian vet. I find Dr. Tomlin caring kind and very respectful to my bird and myself. He handles my parrot with care and my bird doesn't mind being handled by him at all. I appreciate his feedback and being honest and thorough. The assistance are friendly and informative and the front office is efficient and professional. I highly recommend for Avian care.

Fist time new client and the staff are very friendly and efficient. It was very easy to get a same day appointment. Dr Tomlin examined my rabbit and he did a fantastic job! Will certainly continue to use this practice and enroll my other pets as well.

Always have such a great appointment with Dr. Howard. She takes such good care of my dog Jameson, always informative and caring!! Her assistant Taylor was so great with explaining the transition from wellness appointment to senior wellness appointment since my pup is officially getting older.i appreciate them both so much.

Our girl is a little vet scared because of some recent ER visits, but Taylor made her feel comfortable and loved. She was so sweet to our girl and gave me plenty of information before the exam began. She knew that our pup would feel less stressed with me around for shots and all went great! Taylor is an absolute sweetheartB

My husband and I fell in love with a dog we had met at a rescue, but were unsure if we'd be able to provide him with the care he needed due to an underlying health condition. We reached out to Town & Country Veterinarians for advice and spoke with Bailey, who was incredibly kind and informative and ultimately gave us the confidence we needed to adopt him. We are absolutely in love with our boy Mosey and cannot thank Bailey enough for her role in bringing him into our lives! We recently took him to see Dr. Howard for his establish care visit and had a wonderful experience. The office staff and vet techs were friendly and welcoming, and they treated him with excellent care. Dr. Howard took the time to educate us and answer all our questions as first time pet owners, which I really appreciated. We are excited to continue to use Town & Country for our veterinary care!

Its a welcoming veterinary clinic. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable starting with the receptionist. They were friendly and caring with your pet. Our dog stole and ate some grapes, which are very poisonous for them, and they induced him to make him vomit. Now our dog is doing great! I really want to thank Taylor, Vicky, Carly, Amber, Jayce, and Dr. Howard and last but not least, the receptionist for their caring and prompt response to our Luca.
