Excellent service! As a new dog mom, I was a bit anxious because my puppy was stressed while adjusting to a new home and wasn’t eating much, so I brought her in to get checked. Dr. Gruntmeir provided excellent care, recommended appropriate testing, and prescribed medication to help with my dog’s appetite. I saw a big improvement afterward. The veterinarian also took her time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel much more at ease. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the Springhill location was so thoughtful, knowledgeable, reasonable, and amazing! Dr. Gruntmeir was so helpful explaining the diagnosis and even did a follow-up phone call. Very clean exam and waiting rooms. I set up my appointment with Megan at the Main Street location and she was extremely helpful as well. Great experience for Stevie and I!

My dogs are like my children and I am extremely protective of them and picky about the care they receive. I'm always very nervous about who I trust with them. I can't tell you how quickly Newberry Animal Hospital Spring Hill location has put my anxieties at ease. They not only have given my dogs phenomenal care for 2 years, they are extremely kind, informative, and understanding to us humans too. My dog Luna was abused by her previous owner and was taken in as an unplanned rescue by me and my now husband 3 years ago. She was destroying furniture, chewing through steal crates, ripping up carpet, shaking and whimperimg nonstop, etc. From day 1. Through confidence building with us by training, and the amazing care plan with Dr. Kimberly Hall, Luna is a well behaved and BRAVE dog. Dr. Hall was amazing at advocating for Luna and educating us as well as trialing different treatment options until she found a perfect fit. I could go on for hours about this place and Dr. Hall. The whole team is so sweet and I will never take our dogs anywhere else. You will find your home vet at Newberry Animal Hospital Springhill.

Dr.Hall & her staff are wonderful. ** We took our dog Max & cat Leo same day / time as this was convient for us to get their yearly checkups done. They took time for our furbabies to sniff them even went so far as to put down ear tool & stethscope by treats so our babies could sniff and snack to see it wouldnt hurt them. I hesitate to give to good of a review then they will be uber busy when I call haha!!, but to say less would be a lie. **I wish I’d tried them forever ago. ** They are very accomodating. They even offer after hour visits if you need it without using an outside vendor.

Tyler is wonderful and so caring with scooter. Dr. G is fabulous as always. Have been a client with NAH forever. They always take care of my fur babies as if their own.

Newberry Animal Hospital Springhill was able to get my kitty seen quickly, the staff is very compassionate, and my estimate for services was accurate. Dr Gruntmeir fully explained what to expect from my visit and took wonderful care of my cat.

The care for and about our pets is exceptional. Making sure I understand the finds from the exam, detailed care instructions, and heartfelt care for our cats is evident. Likewise, we once had dogs which were well cared for by this Veterinary practice. We have been going to the Spring Hill location and the previous Timberview location for decades. The care and expertise has always been exceptional!! They are a great team to have for the care of your pets.
