Animal Care Center at Cherry Way

Dr. Merrow was awesome! We were super nervous due to a prior negative experience at another animal clinic but from the moment we walked in we felt at ease. Ashley, at the front desk, was super kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable! Dr. Merrow did not rush us, answered our questions, and made us feel heard during our visit. Gracie hates the vet but I think Dr. Merrow won her over with the unlimited peanut butter treats during her exam. I would definitely recommend and I'm glad we found our new vet for our baby! We had our first appointment with Dr. Fu and the team this week and it was amazing! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Dr. Fu was very calm natured, patient and informative and answered all of our questions clearly. Thank you to Hannah for referring me to such an amazing team that I can trust with our Bentley boy. Highly recommended!

Great people all around. No waiting. Easy to order meds. Vet sent me the link. Promised they would help if I ever need to give them pills. Clipped nails. Can’t thank you enough.

In short, highly recommend! My kitties received great care from Dr. Fu’s team. The checkup sessions were run so smoothly that I myself feel physically well after our visits. Dr. Fu is thorough, patient, and gentle, everything my cats need.

When Cherry way first started seeing one of my old fellas he wasn’t very mobile anymore very bad arthritis. Working with them they gave me two more solid years with my dog Chance. They got me in to put him at peace on Saturday and met me at the door. The staff was very accommodating, I am a fanatic when it comes to my animals they are family too me so I was not in great shape. They made it very simple for me with simple yes or no questions and genuine care and concern. Loyalty isn’t earned by being available when it’s convenient it’s earned by showing you care when the time comes. Thank you Cherry Way!

Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the doctors, is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. Dr Merrow is thorough, never rushed, and clearly cares for every animal and owner. She’s respectful of time and financial considerations, and always presents options. My cat and dog receive outstanding care here. I’m so grateful to have found this practice.

After a very traumatic experience at a previous clinic, I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Clouse and the ACCCC Team. About 3 years ago, my pug had a frightening anesthesia incident elsewhere that left me very hesitant and anxious about future care. (I was told she had passed while under, than literally called later and the tech said "Sorry wrong dog. Her heart did stop but she's actually alive. Haha.") I immediately wanted to find a new clinic and came across here and saw all the positive reviews. Dr. Clouse truly listened to my concerns and took a thoughtful approach before surgery. Which really made me feel seen and entrusted them with my pet's health. When surgery became necessary, everything was clearly explained by Dr. Clouse, and I felt reassured and confident moving forward. My pet is now home recovering, alert, and doing great as if nothing ever happened. The entire staff is kind, professional, and extremely attentive. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you. 🫶🏻
