I can’t fully put into words what this place did for us and their above and beyond service and care. We Had to have our dog put to rest as she was very old and starting to loose bone structure, bad sight, loosing teeth and More. Our consultation with them gave use some peace of Mind the day before as they explained medicine options or if we felt it was time to put her to rest. This was my very first dog as I didn’t grow up with a dog In our house. Sassy was a year old when I met my wife and we raised her together for 12 years with 2 toddlers. They made sure we were comfortable as well as our dog. They then gave her some medicine that would make her sleepy and Once We We’re ready and she was asleep more medicines to help her along. They didn’t rush us and They made sure she didn’t feel any pain. I Highly Recommend Their service

We love Family Pet Center! We’ve been coming since Izzy was a puppy, eight years! Everyone there has always been kind and welcoming, starting with the people at the desk when you arrive to the techs and doctors! They answer any questions I have, and I’ve never felt rushed. Most importantly, they are always so sweet to Izzy, and she has always loved going to the vet!

We’ve been clients here since 2019. I love Dr. McPherson like he is family. He has always been so kind and patient with our crazy group of pets. So caring. The entire staff here are gems. He has been one of the most experienced and knowledgeable vets I have had the pleasure of bringing my babies to. Family. Everything about that man just embodies family. He will treat your babies like they are his babies. He came to our house recently as he had to help us put one of our dogs down that was dying of heart failure and looking back, I can’t imagine how I would have gotten through that without him. We’d follow him to the moon.

My dog has been coming here for over 2 years, and I was truly disappointed today. I always try to keep things professional and not say everything that comes to mind because it could get ugly. However, this place has become very money-hungry. I believe in making any dog comfortable instead of prescribing unnecessary medications. Then, two I don’t need any doctor who nearly killed my dog in the past to try to give me advice about her care. It is simply not needed and very unwanted. The doctor needed nothing to do with my dog or be near her. In addition to that, if the dog gets dirty in your care you should clean the dog not return the dog back to their owners dirty and not clean like how they dropped their dogs off. Honestly, now that I’m reading previous reviews, I understand exactly what some people were saying. This center used to be good, but the quality of service has gone downhill as I see for myself. On the other hand, be EXTRA careful if your dog needs shots, make sure they administer the correct one and does not overdose your pet. Again, make this place your last result and always have both of your eyes on your dog when they are in this center. After today, I truly do not see myself coming back.

I brought my 17 year old a schnoodle in because I was really not happy with her treatment elsewhere. They got her fixed up! Now they care for her and my younger dog. They are compassionate and they are reasonable.

I called family pet center with a pretty serious concern with one of my cats and within an hour my cat was in an examination room getting taken care of.. the place is always clean and professional but the fact that they were able to deal with my cat issues so quickly will always get me to recommend this place to anyone who will listen. By the way, 3 Days Later he's doing great

Josh was the absolute BEST. He listened to my concerns even though he didn’t actually need to bc he was already prepared and informed ahead of time regarding my anxious dog. He did the impossible in successfully getting my dogs nails cut, which I can truly say, very few have been able to accomplish such a task lol. In addition to his nails he did amazing grooming Judge, but more importantly, i picked my dog up tail wagging and happy which again, is not an easy accomplishment so if i could give josh more than a 10 star rating I would, but he is amazing and Im so relieved to have found a groomer that can handle my difficult dog and meets all his/ my needs!
