First time at this vet clinic. Very nice staff. Dr Menendez was gentle with our girl and her exam was thorough. May make them our permanent vet choice. Oh, they have the CUTEST bandages
My little guy got extremely sick and we had to rush him to a vet and my nephew chose Cedar Veterinary hospital and thank God he did. They saw how bad Pancho was and rushed him to the back and started him on an IV before we even did paperwork and took the $650 deposit, they did urine, blood work and came to discover Pancho had OD on Meth and THC and got him on a charcoal treatment. They save my best friend, I really don't know what I would have done if he died, Dr. Maggie and the Cedar Veterinary hospital staff are amazing. Thank You, Pancho is doing great and getting back to normal and we'll be using Cedar Veterinary hospital for now on as Pancho vet for regular checkups.
We had a pet emergency, and everyone was so kind to us. From the front desk to the doc (she was amazing) we felt like they actually cared, especially when it's an emergency, and you feel lost and scared. Thank you SO MUCH for caring for our little guy. Chris and Bill O. Parents of Sabu 🩵💔☮️🩷
Very impressed with the cremation service here at Cedar Vet Hospital. I paid around $235 and received a beautiful wooden box that’s secured with screws so my dog’s ashes can be safely placed in forever. I also got ink prints of his paws and nose along with a little bag of his fur and a gold name plate with his name engraved. It’s just more than I could ever imagine. 4 years ago I had to take a cat to the emergency vet and had paid for cremation services there along with the expensive bill. It was about $1500 and all I received was a tin can with paw prints. I’m very thankful that whichever company that they use for this service really thinks about all the keepsakes that owners would like to have. Thank you again!
Don’t go here if you have any sort of a schedule or expect competent, friendly, timely service. Extremely disappointed with the staff and the overall atmosphere. Booked an appointment a week out, completely disrespected and left in the waiting room for 40 minutes with no explanation or reason for the wait. Watched walkins go straight back for vaccinations which is all I was there for as well. I am not a new customer but it’s not the same hospital it used to be. Will never go here again and highly recommend that nobody does.
I was very disappointed with my experience. I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 PM, yet waited 45 minutes before my pet was seen. It makes scheduling an appointment feel pointless when walk-in emergencies are consistently prioritized ahead of patients who arrive on time for their appointments. I understand that emergencies happen and pets in critical condition need immediate care, but there should be better communication and consideration for clients who have scheduled appointments. The long wait without any clear timeline was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.
THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS AFTER NOT TREATING MY KITTEN BECAUSE THEY WERE RUNNING SO LATE. If they spent as much time taking care of patients in office as they do managing their Google reviews it would be impressive. They sent me a $54 bill to collections after NOT treating my kitten and letting me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours after I had an appointment AND told them I was going to be late to work and lose my job because my incredibly simple vaccine appointment was running over 2 hours. The never vaccinated my cat and then sent me to collections for $54 because a Vet happened to walk into the room for 5 minutes and said "good cat" we can give you $700 worth of vaccines and flea treatments. Then sent me back to the lobby but NEVER ACTUALLY DID ANYTHING. I HAD TO LEAVE OR LOSE MY JOB AND THEY STILL BILLED ME AND SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. This place sucks
