I love the way I get professional help and the fact that Banfield is in the PetSmart store so I can do one stop shopping along with great veterinary service. The person at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. None of the stuff has ever been pushy or tried to upsell me. They present the options and respect my choice.
I made an appointment online, showed up and my apt wasn't in their system. I had a screen shot of my apt but not an email. The staff seemed annoyed with me for being there and we're not apologetic or helpful. They declined to see me and sent me away. I took the day off work for this appointment so I'm very disappointed. If you made an appointment online you should double check before you go in. There's something wrong with their system.
We were highly satisfied with our experience at this Banfield Pet Hospital because the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly caring toward my dog. My dog's veterinarian Dr. Freitas is especially wonderful she is very nice, friendly, patient, and clearly has a good heart. You can genuinely see her compassion in her eyes and the way she interacts with both pets and owners. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable and confident about my dog's care. This level of kindness and dedication made our visit a great experience.
I recommend Banfield pet Hospital. Ive been taking my Cane Corso pup there since he was 6 weeks. They are very good with the animals there. They are wonderful. Thanks Banfield.
I’ve taken my dogs to Banfield and they have always treated them with loving care and top notch veterinary methods. I appreciate their willingness to help our family take care for our dogs as they’d are family to us & the people from the receptionist to the vets are always willing to answer the questions we have. We love Banfield!
