Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Amy and Katie were so attentive and thorough with Walter. I didn’t feel at all rushed during our visit. They both took the time to answer all of my questions/concerns. They made me feel like Walter was their only patient, even though I know she has plenty other patients to attend to. Being a nurse and working in cosmetic surgery, I know the importance of making patients feel comfortable and well taken care. Not only did they go above and beyond with that, the both of them also were very detailed and thorough with his exam and making sure I understood everything. They also gave me all of that information in printed form for me to go home with. The attention to detail with everything has given me the best vet experience I’ve ever had. I know that Dr. Amy and Katie will do the same with Mollie(my other Frenchie) when I bring her in next week. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my precious Walter.

This is the best vet practice I have had the pleasure of bringing my dog to. Everybody here clearly loves what they do, they love the animals obviously, and it shows in how patient and kind they are. I am so glad this practice is here, it was an amazing experience to bring my dog in, and so reassuring to know that her health and safety are the top priority when we are there. I love Kingsbrook! My rescue dog, Nick, had been abused and is extremely anxious. Dr. Cardella is the perfect Vet for Nick and her assistant Lainey is truly loved by Nick. KINGSBROOK has the best Vets, Vet Techs and Customer Service Reps.. I have 5 dogs (all rescue and different breeds) and have been a customer since they opened their doors in 1999. My dogs have been treated by various Vets in the practice and every Vet has been excellent. Because my dogs are rescues they come to me with many problems and Kingsbrook has been able to treat all them and many times have saved or greatly extended their lives. KINGSBROOK IS THE BEST!

Kingsbrook is the best!!! I’ve been taking my dogs here for over a year. They are the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever experienced at a vet. Everyone from the front desk, to the technicians and of course the doctors genuinely care about my dogs and their well-being. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my three dogs<3.

Old Farm Vet recommended us to take our guinea pig to Kingsbrook to say goodbye/put her to sleep. She was 6 years old and dying. The staff and Dr were so welcoming. Right when we entered the hospital they escorted us to a calming room and lit a candle. It was very peaceful and we just sat there and said our goodbyes. We didn’t feel rushed. Thank you for making this experience a good one. We are now considering switching vets!

My name is Anthony Carreira, I took my new puppy Dallas to Kingsbrook Animal Hospital. I could not have been more thrilled with my experience at Kingsbrook from the second We walked in the door till the minute we walked out we were treated with kindness, caring professionalism. They were so informative And they were so wonderful with my puppy who I thought was going to be petrified, but turned out by the end of the visit did not wanna leave. Anyone considering Kingsbrook Animal Hospital I would highly recommend them they are Outstanding. That is not an overstatement.

Tech was kind and helpful. Attentive. Dr. Davis was just what we were hoping for in a Vet. Caring, knowledgeable, gave information we could use and suggestions to help Amber. He presented options clearly. We understood the options. Not pushy. And was kind to Amber. Very appreciative of this team.
