Best vet ive ever been to i had came with my dog who i was told most likely had cancer and i come for a second opinion i had an older male doctor who was very sweet and fun gave me so much more light to my dogs situation unlike the previous vet who didn’t do anything for me. He really was the best he explained everything left me with no questions or new worries and the staff were all great as well my dog peed on the floor and they were so understanding 😭 it didn’t even phase them 10000000/10!!!!

I just adopted 2 kittens and the next day one came down with an upper respiratory infection. I reached out to Glade Valley and they got her in real quickly. They were wonderful! They even checked the other kitten just to ensure that she wasn't going to come down with it too. Can't recommend them enough. They have definitely become our new vet!

My old gal has been a patient for the past 4 years here. She has had teeth cleaning, nail trimming, routine check up, biopsy, labs, and surgery. I trust the doctors care for my fur baby. I have 3 different doctors and all have have been fantastic and informative. The staff at the desk are kind and accommodating. The vet techs are a class act. I would recommend this place for your pet care.

Great staff and wonderful care for my pets. Dr. Cole takes the time to understand any issues that you may have and will work with you on a treatment plan that works. Highly recommend!

Been going here for decades. Dr.Head is the best and we schedule our dog (Beckett) around him and Laurie's schedules. She knows how to handle Beckett to keep his visits as stress free as possible. Front desk and tech staff is also always great!!! THANK YOU

The wonderful hard working administrative are pleasant and very helpful. Dr. D, my "kittens" veterinarian is wonderful. My "Kitten" is turning 18 in just a few weeks. 😳 Dr D is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to me about my kittens health and offers suggestions for her senior care. She understands how bonded we are and has helped me to prepare for what to expect health wise. I highly recommend this Veterinary practice!!!!😸

I’ve had multiple experiences with this animal hospital and none were remarkable. Today’s however was. I was bringing my cat in for a follow up on an issue that the vet diagnosed and prescribed meds for. This issue hasn’t cleared up. Today, I was offered nothing but the same old patch job that I’ve come custom to, meds, diet, all stuff we have done before. Understandably I am an upset customer having to pay over and over for care that is not making my cat any better. I decided to talk to the office manager today regarding these price concerns. He was completely unhelpful and unfriendly and not somebody I would ever recommend doing work with or send somebody to. He did not take time to hear my frustration. He was too worried about his bottom line to hear himself lose a loyal customer. Any new vet reca would be welcome here! Edit after response: I would still never recommend this vet to any person in the Frederick area. As the owner is still not hearing customer complaint. After reading other reviews I feel happy leaving this vet knowing that they have treated multiple families with the same disregard.
