VEG ER for Pets

Wow! what a facility. Nothing fancy but efficient. The staff is fabulous! They made me feel at such ease when my bird was attacked by a cat. The doctor and vet assistant were so caring and knew their stuff. Nothing reassures a parent more.I travelled all the way from Clarksville, and would do it again in a heart beat. I'm happy to say Pippy is doing well and resting. Her Hubby said to tell you THANK YOU! C.Mason 🙂

Most definitely, THE BEST, place around if you're needing emergency care or just basic care for your pets, the staff that worked the night of our girls emergency were AMAZING, i sadly only remember one of their names (Julie Bulford) i think that's how you spell the last name. They never took our girl out of our site, they let us be involved in helping with her (optional) They never did any testing, treatments, medications, etc without asking first and also going over everything previously and making sure the price was okay with us before jumping the gun. I've never been to a vet with so much respect and compassion for our pets, i will continue to be a loyal customer to this place and also owing them our lives for saving our chihuahua (M.GiRl) Thank you guys SO MUCH all of you we're IMMACULATE

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team and the doctor at VEG for saving our dog’s life. He had severe diarrhea and hadn’t eaten for three days. After a terrible experience with another nearby emergency care facility, we were relieved to find VEG’s team so calm and efficient. They quickly admitted him and the nurse checked him for any emergencies, even though they were already dealing with other urgent cases. You can watch and appreciate their efforts with other pets as they have an open space. While the doctor was still busy with emergencies, the nurse cleaned our dog, who had diarrhea and vomiting twice. After the doctors examine and X-rays, it turned out that he was suffering from severe inflammation due to a developing cancer. We were devastated and didn’t want to put him down. However, the vet joined our hope and suggested that we try giving him antibiotics. To our delight, our dog stood up and ate like before in a few days. We know that he may have a limited time with us, but he’s showing no other symptoms, and we are so relieved to let him stay a bit longer. Yes, emergency care can be expensive, but VEG was upfront about the costs and allowed us to approve the payments in advance. Thank you, VEG, for saving our dog’s life.

We had to take our dog to the emergency vet because he got into the road and ran over. We had a great experience at VEG ER for Pets. Dr. Forester and Nurse Kiana were amazing! They were very thorough with Cowboys care. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs emergency after hours care!

They were incredibly kind, present, and knowledgeable. There was no feeling of panic, all peace even when they were busy. My sweet baby received the best care I could have asked for. Seeing the way the staff cared for every animal and owner that stepped through the door as if they were family was really special.

The entire staff at VEG was so amazing! I am so thankful for them all. This is already a stressful time when you have to take your pet in and they made the entire process tolerable! I’ll never forget that! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience at Veterinary Emergency Group. I had initially gone to a nearby competitor, and VEG absolutely blew them away. From the moment I walked in, the team was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring during a really stressful situation with my dog. The open-concept facility is beautiful and makes everything feel more transparent and calm. My dog was definitely not the easiest patient, and they handled him with so much patience and understanding. The vet techs and the veterinarian who were there Friday night around 9pm were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful when I needed it most. They also electronically sent my dog’s records to my regular vet, so she had everything the next morning for follow-up—saving me time and extra steps during an already overwhelming situation. I’m so grateful for the level of care we received. My dog Vinny might give them fewer stars since he ended up in the very necessary "cone of shame," but I couldn’t recommend them more!
