I have tried a few vets since I moved to the area and this office is by far the best around-especially if you have a big dog. My dog is old and has seen a lot of vets and usually gets treated poorly for being big and people being afraid of him. He is a gentle giant and Dr. Mills treated him like the big baby I know he is. We had to have his tail amputated and the entire experience left me in awe that a vet clinic could be so easy. From being very friendly place for a reactive dog, to great care and after care I wiuld definitely recommend Franklin.

This place is amazing! My daughters cat was very ill and they were able to see her same day and do surgery as well. They kept me posted on everything and took very great care of her. I recommend this place for all your fur baby’s needs. The staff was welcoming and supportive and the surgeon was very compassionate. Thank you for taking great care of my grand- cat!

I brought my rat, Mochi, in because she was lethargic, losing weight, weak, walking with an arched back, and showing signs that deeply concerned me. Despite these symptoms, I was told she was healthy and thriving. I left the appointment confused and still extremely worried because Mochi's condition did not match what I was being told. Unfortunately, she passed away the very next day. I understand that not every animal can be saved, and I cannot say with certainty what the outcome would have been with different care. However, based on my experience, I wish I had sought a second opinion from a veterinarian with more extensive experience treating rats.
